Came to this store earlier this morning & I have never had such a great experience! I went in to see about getting a new watch because mine was done for. I am the worst with names even though I looked at the name tags & everything. But the lady with the curly hair & glasses & the taller gentleman with glasses were both so helpful & knowledgeable about the items I was looking at. I was unsure if I wanted to get anything today & just do more research about them all at home but I felt confident making my purchase & that it was the best watch for me! They answered every question & went above & beyond to help & I didn't get any bad attitudes or ignored like previous employees would have done. Thank yall so so much!

Chris and his team are awesome! They are always helpful upon the rare occasion that I need help. I have 6 phones from them. Best prices around. The toughest part was the transition from the old company to the new but they helped us through it.

Went in the Macclenny TMobile today 4/11/23 to inquire as to a billing issue. Manager, Chris is awesome. He and the girls in the office today were very helpful kind and courteous. Highly recommend doing business at TMobile in Macclenny. Thank you for your help its a pleasure to do business with your store. You will definitely be my go to store from now on. I will drive the extra distance for your awesome service.

This a T-Mobile I visited for the 1st time in my life and they literally treated me like FAMILY!! I was looking for the THANKFUL TUESDAY umbrella and they were out all over Jacksonville and surrounding areas, BUT Macclenny!! THANK YOU ALEXIS AND THE MANAGEMENT!!🥰❤😍💋

Awesome customer service.. they went over and above what they had to helping me get internet again after Nefcom stopped service for bogus reason..If you are looking for great wifi at a great price go here first !! internet service has been awesome

Friday was my first time ever coming to this Sprint store, and I am so glad I stopped in!! I really enjoyed my time spent there!! The girl that helped me was amazing and got my new iPhone set up perfectly and explained everything to the T for my bill and all that. She started helping me as soon as I walked in the door, I had no wait time which was amazing because I was on a time schedule!! And the other girl Jessica has a great sales pitch 😊 She did good with her promotional sales pitch for the screen protectors and my new case which I love so much!! Very Laid back environment and they were all so friendly and funny!! This is now my go to store!! If I have to drive 36 mins from Starke to go to Sprint it will be McClenny!! Thanks again!!
