These wonderful men tried for 2 days to fix my toilet problems. They decovered it was a root that had grown into my pipes. I could have had to wait several days to have a working toilet. Bring 73, I only have one bathroom. They came the next day and spent the entire day working on digging up the line and fixing it. I was very impressed with these gentlemen and would recommend the company to do a good job.

We had an issue with the external unit of our HVAC system. Nate came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty copper pipe and had the unit repaired the same afternoon. Great service! Thanks Nate!

My brother and I each own houses with Bosch tankless water heaters that were experiencing an intermittent trouble code resulting in no hot water until you would reset.The problem might come back in a day or a week.After numerous sevice attempts by other companies we finally were referred to BLUE MOUNTAIN.Nate the technician came out and did extensive testing on the two units and performed a couple minor adjustments( things other companies did not attempt).Nate informed us if it happens again to call and he will open a case with Bosch .Nate came back out a day earlier than scheduled because problem came back.He pursued the problemwith bosch that day and solved a very difficult problem.We haven’t had a problem since and it’s been over 2 weeks.From the ease of scheduling to follow up conversation to taking the extra steps to solve the problem by Nate we won’t be using anybody but BLUE MOUNTAIN.THANK YOU!

Blue mountain was very professional & very helpful in getting our AC repaired. I called in the morning & they sent someone out quickly. The repairman knew exactly what the problem was & my AC was working by noon. I will definitely recommend blue mountain.

Very friend staff who are very efficient and professional. Had an initial problem which they came to fix. After some time they had to come back two more time for separate issues and they third time they it pro bono. Highly recommend them as they are probably the best in the area!

After looking at several different companies, I chose Blue Mountain to clear a clog for our tenants. I called after hours and left them a message. They returned my call early the next day and told me they had someone in the area between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Jim arrived at the townhouse just after 11:00 and was able to take care of the drain. I am very pleased with the work and the price and would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Called when my AC went up. Wasn't expecting same day service but they managed to get out within about 30 minutes of me calling. Jose and Alijah were great and worked really fast to fix the unit. Even went through to explain exactly what happened and showed me what part it was that needed the repair. I think overall they were here for maybe 45 minutes and finished and the fix wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be.

Jared worked with us on a water heater leak. He was professional, quick to respond, and made sure we understood the problem and solution.

I called over the weekend for a safety check and everyone was extremely professional, genuinely interested in the furnace issue, and effective at doing the needed work to make sure my gas furnace was operating safely. Update 1.25.22. Blue mountain wins again! This time we had them check our heat pump and our gas furnace. The gas furnace freaks me out a bit but they were so patient and explained how it worked and what was to be expected. I always feel comfortable with the technicians- they seem so knowledgeable!

Update: 4.29.21- we continue to be pleased with services at Blue Mountain! The techs are quick and friendly- and I feel confident in my equipment after the maintenance check ups!

Last year we had an issue with our heat pump— Blue Mountain responded right away and we have used them for routine system checkups since then. The techs have been great, friendly, quick and provides us with education and options. As far as cost it’s a great value! We feel so much better about our system since we started the routine maintenance plan!

Blue Mountain has been great to us! We have used them for HVAC maintenance, they installed our new HVAC system, they do our servicing on the unit 2x per year, they have done numerous plumbing repairs, and even replaced our outside water line from the main to our house due to an irreparable leak. The technicians are super knowledgeable and they have always rushed in to help with emergencies as they came up. The office staff has been great with customer service, especially with finance options.

From the very first call that got a technician out to me that very same day, to Jared who was professional and helpful in explaining things about why my water heater was not working properly, to their follow up with me concerning my satisfaction after the repair, I was very pleased with this company.
