Danielle is always amazing! We’ve been coming to this store and working with her for years. She’s always honest, helpful and knocks it out of the park. Her customer service and knowledge of products makes each visits a joy! She’s the best and Verizon is lucky to have her.

Renee was very patient in helping me set up my new phone. I also watched how attentive she was to all the other customers she was helping st the same time. She did an excellent job of multi-tasking. I never felt ignored as she helped another customer while we were waiting for my new phone to go through the process. She never missed a step when she switched between me and the other customers. Renee is knowledgeable, patient, and efficient.

Danielle was an exceptional help today. We spent multiple hours on the phone with Verizon help desk prior to going to store. She exceeded the help provided over the phone in far less time. Would give more than 5 stars if the option was available!!

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them. The customer service here is seriously out of this world. When I tell you these are some of the best employees I have ever met, I mean it. If you ever go here know that Serenity is the best!

I had a particularly interesting situation with my phone. The service was not working due to a sim card issue. I honestly did not even know how to describe the problem to the employees properly, but Serenity (I hope I spelled it right!) helped me and fixed my phone completely. I was so relieved! It did not take long at all, and Serenity was so nice and understanding the entire time. I immediately felt at ease when she talked me through the situation and how everything was going to be fixed. A lot of times I have gone to places to get things fixed, and the employees kind of make you feel dumb for not understanding what's going on, this was not the case here! I will definitely be going back if I ever have another problem or if I want to purchase something- hopefully Serenity is there again, she's awesome! My dad was also with me and he wanted me to add that he thinks everyone was so professional and eager to help!

I can also tell the organizational culture here is outstanding; the employees really trust and help each other out. I think it's great to be able to work alongside people like that, it kind of made me want to work there. They have to deal with tough and interesting situations, and they all do it so effortlessly. Way to go y'all!!!

Danielle absolutely is amazing. We walked into the store with a tangled up mess after starting a post paid Verizon account. She not only fixed a very complicated situation but made sure our discounts and promotions stayed on the account

Chaz was very knowledgeable of the process for changing phones. He was very efficient with his time as he answered all our questions. He was instructing other tech personnel what to do to make the store as efficient as possible. Great experience.

Just switched to android to IPhone and was completely lost on how to operate the iPhone. Danielle was patient and was able to help me understand the basic functions.

I went in on Sunday to upgrade my phone. I walked in and there was a couple waiting before me while the lone salesman was helping 7 other people. He was unfortunately alone and the issues that people had were flowing. Rico was AMAZING. He was going back and forth between the customers, communicating effectively and kept a calm demeanor the entire time. His professionalism in the situation was incredible. I was there for a couple hours and watched him repeatedly deal with small and big issues with ease. And quite frankly, I overheard a few situations that made me shake my head and he still handled them incredibly even under the stress. People steady came in while I was there and he remained polite and greeted everyone promptly. I thought it was important to let the powers that be know how incredible he was. He definitely deserves a pat on the back if not more!

Danielle is super knowledgeable and friendly. She made my experience really pleasant. I will definitely come back to this location in the near future!

I upgraded my Samsung phone last week and your service was amazing. I have difficult mobility and Rico was so helpful, informative and polite. He carried over to my seat different choices in phones, covers and accessories so I could remain seated. I was struck by his kindness. Thanks Rico!

Late afternoon on a Sunday and Chaz at Verizon, Viera, quickly and with great customer service, solved all my phone issues! I was having a connectivity issue with Google. Although this was a never before seen issue for him, within just a few minutes he was able to troubleshoot and correct the problem! Great job, Chaz!
