Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Everytime I go to this popeye's drive-thru, I have to wait 30 - 45 minutes for anyone to even recognize that I'm there andor even offer to take my order, my food is always cold, and they are always out of stock of most things on the menu. And, most of the time, the representatives are rude when talking to the customers in the drive-thru. Makes me not want to go there ever.

Can say that I had a great meal. The chicken was delicious and the service was just as great. Been thinking when I will make it a chicken night at Popeyes one more gin... Lol I am thinking very soon!! 😜

After reading these comments, it's interesting to know that Popeyes isn't a success in certain areas or regions. If y'all get a chance, y'all need to come to New Orleans, Louisiana and/or surrounding areas of New Orleans to get the real Popeyes experience. I see some of y'all like KFC or Bojangles where as it's not really popular in the New Orleans or surrounding areas. I just wish that all Popeyes were good, that's my point.

Not the service so much tho.... waited in the parking lot for my 24 piece chicken nuggets and side of fries for almost 20 minutes, got home to find no fries at all 😡😡

Mrs Yentl is the best, she is kind and always smiling very positive and hard working, always helping her customers and she really need a raise that girl works for 3 people she is amazing she deserves a recognition big time for her hard work making sure we all eat good. I come just because of her

Courteous at register, pleasant, helped us make our choices , and never showed any anxiety over our changing order .

I am from south Florida and this is the by far best Popeyes I have ever been to. They are professional and exemplifies what customer service is. My family and I had no complaints.

They are very good and considering the fact that they stay busy I love their attitudes Always a great welcoming “Welcome back to Popeyes “. We’re all human we make mistakes so yes I strongly advise going here Great work guys keep it up‼And I love that chicken at Popeyes

I'm a delivery driver, and so far this place always has fresh food ready almost instantly and always tastes well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This has become a regular stop.
