Vito's Italian Kitchen

Went to this place the other night with my family and it was so good! The drinks were awesome and so was the food. The garlic knots are a complimentary, they are buttery and the marinara is so good. The Flirtini is really good as well and I recommend it as a nice alcoholic drink. Big servings so be ready to have an empty stomach before coming here! Service was really nice as well and I greatly enjoyed it. Definitely will be back when I’m around.

Exceptional Italian dining in an out of the way location. Pasta was excellent with the shrimp scampi as a main and the bruschettas tart tomatoes a perfect starter. Friendly staff give it the feel of a family run neighborhood stop in and say hi to your gang kind of place. Will come back and try more on the authentic, tasty menu.

We stopped here as a dinner break while on a road trip and were so pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and our server was phenomenal. The food is fresh and flavorful, with many great and unique options. I had the salmon, which I highly recommend. My son had a pasta dish that had cinnamon as one of the ingredients (I don't recall the name of the dish), which was very delicious. We also shared the fried cheese sticks and loved them. I am disappointed that we didn't live nearby, but will definitely make it a point to visit Vito's again when we pass through.

My visit was phenomenal, myself and 2 friends each ordered an appetizer and entree, as well as each having a different cocktail. We all tried each other's food and drinks, and there was absolutely nothing to find at fault. Food was cooked perfectly and the cocktails were fantastic, as well as everything being reasonably priced. The blackened chicken special was great, chicken cooked perfectly, as well as the gnocchi and the tortellini entrees. On top of the excellent food, the service was some of the best I have ever received in almost any restaurant in the states. It's a six hour drive from me but I definitely plan on making the drive again, even if it's only for this place. Unfortunately I can't remember our waitresses name but she was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend.

Vito' Italian restaurant was excellent. I didn't realize that the garlic knots were free, but they were the best I've had. The restaurant was large inside, and the wait staff did a good job. We got a Steak and Cheese. It was fresh and tasty.

Very nice Italian place in Harrisonburg VA. My son wanted to eat here for his birthday. I had pizza, wife had lasagna and Matt had shrimp scampi. It was all good and the server was great.

Vito's is a classic and staple in Harrisonburg. It's the best for pasta around. The atmosphere is excellent, and Kayleigh was a great server.

We ordered the Garlic Knotts, Bruschetta Salad, Bleu Cheese Wedge Salad, Rigatoni Alla Vodka, and Chef Giorgio's Gnocchi. Everything was hot, fresh, flavorful, and delightful.

We've gotten their pizza dozens of times and have never had a bad experience! If you haven't been to Vito's yet, it's a must.

Went based on recommendation from a local while visiting Virginia from PA. Had the most delicious chicken marsala. Our server Elle was wonderful. Loved this place.

The service here has been incredible and they were very accommodating for our large family. They brought out the food and water very quickly. I highly recommend this place - the food was incredible. Emily, our server, deserves a raise - she was exceptional!! Thank you - Five stars!!

We came in and ate for my brothers birthday, this is where he wanted to eat. Our waitress was Kaylee H and she needs to be recognized. She was super nice and had a great personality. She made us feel welcome there and just overall made it a good dining experience for us. We will be back and we’re going to request her!!

This place makes the best pizza on the planet, and I mean it. Going on more than a decade of coming here since we went to JMU (I can't believe it was that long ago) and for us it's worth the now three hour drive. Coming here and eating a Bianca is like going on vacation. Thanks for everything, Katharine and Vito!

Stopped by for a late lunch. The lasagna was very good. I especially liked the marinara sauce. I would have preferred a bit more cheese in the Mornay sauce but I like the sauce instead of straight up cheese. I got lots of attention because I was there between the lunch and dinner crowds. Nice place. Enjoyed the attached shop which is said to make great sandwiches on nice bread. Diners get a discount with their receipt!

The atmosphere was amazing, the waitress was on point. We had a party of 5 and she did everything to the T. The food was extremely good. Had the Godfather pizza & my daughter had a Pick 3 pizza. Without a doubt I will return on my next visit to JMU.

Garlic knots were amazing. My pasta was good. Godfather pizza was good. My wife loved it all, kids was impressed. My daughter said too much flavor lol. Waitress was very nice. Definitely will return.

As soon as I walked in to this Italian restaurant I knew I was going to be amazed. The presentation of the food alone was spectacular and the taste you have to come and try it it was just delicious. And our waitress was to die for

Delicious Italian food and stellar service. Will definitely come back. Calzone was one of the best my husband has ever eaten. Garlic knots were delectable and generously portioned. The meatballs were heavenly and the atmosphere was very family friendly!

Being from the north east I have been craving Italian food. While on fire assignment here the staff here have gone above and beyond for food quality and service. The only thing I wish they had was stuffed cherry peppers with prosciutto. ;)

The food and service was great and very aware of gluten free and had gluten free options.

Fantastic! Excellent service and mouthwatering food. Heaping portions priced just right. Great for a big group. Our server, Emily, was very accommodating and had perfect recommendations. We will be back!
