Great community that focuses on health, fitness, and motivating each other to be our best. One-on-one training in a group setting allows for everyone to work at their own level and focus on their own individual goals. Makes going to the gym so easy since the workouts are already catered to optimize your own fitness! I saw amazing results in both my physical and mental health from this gym! Mostly women but men are greatly welcome to join this truly non-judgmental workout environment.

I wish I could remember all the wonderful things that have happened at Burn since I signed up for the 4 week trial in January. I’ve never been someone who worked out. I loathed it and felt defeated every time I joined a gym. I signed up for BeachBody and I even worked with a personal trainer via zoom during the pandemic. I abandoned those ideas quickly and gave up on the idea that I’d find a good fit. I have a 3&5 year old and assumed I’d just wait until they were older before I could focus on time for myself. I was so wrong. The child watch that’s available is amazing and makes attending Burn possible. My kids beg to come to the “gym” with me and they look forward to it almost as much as I do.

Burn is one of the most inclusive, supportive, kind and attentive places I’ve ever been to. I’m coming 5 days a week and I drive over 30 minutes to come.

The trainers are amazing. Hannah has come and gotten a knot out of my shoulder so I could finish a set. Kelly showed me how to correctly finish a set of lifts that I just couldn’t figure out. Marcellus challenges me and roots me on. Everyone else cheers for me, loves my kids and goes out of their way to welcome me and my kids everyday.

I cannot recommend this enough.

Burn is an amazing community! I’ve always had a hard time being consistent with a gym until I joined Burn. My children can come with me and LOVE it too. The trainers, staff and members are so welcoming. The trainers design workouts to support people throughout their fitness journey. You do NOT have to be fit to get started. 💙

I have been attending Burn for almost 1 year. It's the best place I have ever had a membership. I enjoy the coaches, the high fives and the encouragement. I enjoy getting up in the mornings just so I can go to Burn! My body has improved so much and I have muscles in places I did not know you could have muscles. 😅 I posted a picture from when I started to last month.
The child care is great and the people who watch the children are amazing. Burn is just an amazing place to be. I would recommend it for anyone who loves to work out and those who don't. It's just fun!!

After going through a very hard divorce, and having the roughest year of my life in 2021, I decided I needed a change. Hiking would help me mentally on weekends, and in the nicer months I'd try to road ride and mountain bike, but I needed something more steady because exercise helps my mental health more than anything.

I decided to sign up in January when they were doing the $69 trial and I loved it instantly. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. Also two high school classmates go there and I've reconnected with them, which is an added bonus.

The coaches are amazing and push you, but also notice if you need help in areas (I have a bad elbow due to breaking it when young) they will set up focus meetings with you one on one to plan on how to help you physically, and mentally as well. The cost is high for this gym, but you definitely get your moneys worth.

I really wish I signed up last year. It definitely would have been a healthy alternative to how deeply depressed I was. Thank you Burn family for helping a girl out, without even knowing how much you've helped a girl out. Love it here.

Really a beginner but has been a positive supportive experience. In first month such a difference in my stress level in my shoulders and improvement in energy. Everyone starts their journey in different places but the members as well as trainers are equally helpful!!

I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp. I started working out at Burn when they first opened in April of 2017. I was always into athletics growing up, all the way through college. Once I started a family, my priorities shifted from myself to my kids and I stopped taking the time to care for myself. Burn Boot Camp helped me stay motivated and I learned that I have to also take time for myself. I LOVE working out and feeling athletic again. It's the first time in a long time that exercise is something I look forward to, not feel like I have to do.

There are many things I love about working out there. Workouts are always challenging and never boring. I can honestly say that I have never done the same workout twice. Another thing to love is the community! There are women there of all ages and fitness levels and everyone seems supportive of one another. The trainers are also amazing! They will help you modify your workout to meet your fitness and ability level. Trainers are knowledgeable, upbeat, and motivating. We are lucky to have them here in Harrisonburg! I would recommend it to anyone looking to get or stay in shape.

I’ve been a member at every single gym in the area. What you get at Burn, is nothing like any other gym. The trainers create an environment that is inviting and motivating. You immediately feel like a part of the team and the culture the minute you walk in. I have never felt so encouraged by other members, like I do here. Every day someone is encouraging me to pick up heavier, do one more burpee, or hug me when they know my life has been flipped upside down. I have worked out here post hand surgery and breast surgery and the trainers have helped me to modify so I don’t have to sit out on exercise. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It has pulled me out of a shell that I was stuck in for a long time. I have confidence I have never had before and I have life long friends that have my back every day. Love this place and thank you for bringing it to the Burg!

I love working out here! I've had several gym memberships over the years but this is different. When you sign up, you get a whole family of Burn sisters and bros ready to cheer you on to your goals! Joining Burn Boot Camp has been the single best thing I have done for myself! I love it!

I LOVE Burn. The support from the trainers and the other ladies is the reason I kept coming back. I did the two week trial back in May 2019 and I have been hooked ever since. The workouts are KILLER but in the best way possible. The trainers are the absolute best. They are so encouraging and help you succeed NO MATTER your fitness level. I'm doing things now that I never thought possible, and never felt so strong in my life. If you are hesitant to try, just DO it! You won't regret it, I promise.

Joining Burn Boot Camp has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. The trainers and staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging, always pushing us to be our best and to help lift each other up. They work with everyone on an individual level and always make accommodations for any physical limitations. I currently have a stress fracture but still get an awesome workout in because the trainers modify what I can't do to help maximize my time there. The atmosphere is always uplifting and fun, and the workouts are always different so no one can get bored. I always leave feeling energized and ready to tackle the rest of my day.

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp since Jan 2019. I was a little skeptical coming to Burn from a CrossFit fitness program but I absolutely love it. I try to go 5-6 times a week and the workouts are NEVER the same! The music is good, the coaches are amazing and so helpful, and the community of women and men that go to Burn is insane! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and all while pushing you to do your best! Thank you Burn! I look forward to every class!

Burn Boot Camp is amazing! The trainers treat you as if one-on-one training, pushing you to do your best! The focus meetings help you stay accountable, and the challenges, are well, challenging, yet helps push you out of your comfort zone, yielding results! Burn Boot Camp is the BEST!

I resisted my dietitian's suggestions of joining a gym because I absolutely hated the idea of spending time on a treadmill. Then I stumbled across a friend's pictures from Burn Boot Camp. I checked out their camp videos and decided to contact my friend to get more info. She convinced me to give the free 14 day trial a try. I got a jump on the free trial by attending one of the Saturday morning free public camps. I left there feeling GREAT. Then Monday evening I started the trial and haven't looked back! Everything about Burn Boot Camp is FABULOUS! The trainers and other members are SUPER SUPPORTIVE and welcoming. You don't have to feel self conscious at Burn Boot Camp! The workouts are fun (yes,I said fun) and challenging. You leave feeling great and wanting to come back. Joining Burn Boot Camp was definitely one of the BEST decisions I made in my journey of self improvement! 🔥💪💙

I love Burn for so many reasons - the workouts are incredible, I'm stronger than I've been in years, and my self-confidence has improved SO much. But the best part about it is the community. The trainers will meet you where you are and support and push you further than you thought you could go. And this amazing group of women (and men!) will have your back every step of the way.

I saw a picture of myself after a trip to Disney World in June and I realized at my age I needed to lose weight and get healthy. I saw an ad on Facebook for Commit to Fit at Burn Boot Camp and I thought why not give it a try. My neighbor and I signed up for the 6 week camp and I loved it and joined Burn after my six week camp. I love all the trainers and how they help each individual with their journey and encourage you to keep going even when you want to give up! I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp and I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined. Love all my Burn Sisters I have met on my fitness journey!

I am so glad I took the chance and tried the 30 day free trial. In that 30 days I completely fell in love with Burn and decided to commit as a member. The trainers are extremely helpful in anyway they can be. This includes everything from personal goals, nutrition, mod ups or mod downs for exercises. My first day I was at my heaviest weight I had ever been and the most out of shape I had ever been with no motivation. Currently I average 4-5 classes per week and have also ran two 5ks in the past 3 months! This is a huge accomplishment for me and the added weightloss and inches gone is a nice bonus. I feel healthier and stronger everyday, and to say this place is life changing would be an understatement. If your on the fence about trying Burn Boot Camp give it a shot. We love seeing our Burn family grow! 💙

Burn is not just a "gym" or a place to work out. It truly is a community of amazing people striving to better themselves not only by working out but supporting all those that walk thru the doors. I love the encouragement and friendships I have made at Burn. The trainers are the best around and will comfortably push you to do your best. They even provide one on one meetings with the trainers where you can discuss fitness goals, nutrition or any concerns you may have. You may be sore but you won't be sorry you if you try Burn out.
