AT&T Store

The customer service is the best. They are so friendly and knowledgeable of the products and technological equipment. I should have switched to there services years ago. The building is very clean and neat. If there are any problems they're the go to staff for a solution. Thanks for being loyal and considerate people.

Upgraded my phone close to closing time. The manager happily stayed over an extra 10 minutes so my data could transfer over. Excellent customer service!

Alice at the South Hill, Va store was amazingly helpful. I had a very difficult situation when I tried to change from a business to consumer account with a phone call to customer service. Alice helped me get it fixed and I even decided to switch my husband’s service from Verizon to AT&T. Alice is an incredible asset to your company.

April the manager was very helpful, kind, and professional. I saw her multi task helping 6 or 7 customers while only she and another rep were working. Because of her efficient multitasking, she turned what could have been an unpleasant experience for many, a very pleasant one for all who were there. I definitely recommend this location!

Very positive experience with April. She addressed complicated issues with former carrier (CRICKET). She was very professional and while addressing my issue, managed to multi task 4 other customer complaints/issues. Her dedication to assist customers exemplifies the traits of customer service. I would highly recommend April in a management position!

After not coming back here for awhile I decided to come back after an unfortunate incident with an employee here that made me bill sky high by not giving me any heads up. I came back and met Ms. Aliesha and she was the most caring person that took care of every need I had issues with. We just recently moved to the area and after attempts with some providers for TV and internet, we happened into the at&t store in shill. I can not say enough positives about my experiences with Patricia and April. They hooked us up with a Hotspot and some tv stream and I type this using internet and my 90 ur old mom, gives the ladies a big thank you!!!

The in store agents in South Hill go above and beyond! They took great care of my family and I watched them with other customers as well! THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything ladies! We’ll be back for all of our Apple needs!
