These guys do great work. They make you sign prior to leaving your phone so you'll know how much it's going to cost. I took my phone to a place in Walmart shopping plaza on clear lake and they tried to get me for $329 to do the repair after quoting 199. These guys got my phone from them and fixed it after they had ripped the screen off. Thanks guys!

Kayden was willing to help me install and run a critical program I need for my business. No one anywhere else was willing to do this for me, and it's a life-saver. He did this even though he was really busy, and I am beyond grateful for this. He has taken every step to ensure the absolute best outcome. Yesterday morning I badly broke the screen on my 2-month-old phone an s23 Ultra. I brought my phone to U Break I Fix because it was recommended by Verizon and they were an authorized Samsung dealer. They had my phone fixed with a brand new screen the same day looks as good as new. I definitely recommend bringing your phone there.

Down the middle of my Gfold-4 phone, not only had the screen protector come separated from the middle outwards to the center of each wing, but the picture (pixels) had also began disappearing from the middle out to the center of each wing. Kayden M and Jalen I (at UBREAKIFIX) both did a "Super" job of restoring the phone to the same condition as when it was brand new.

I was very satisfied with our tech, Jaylen, who was very professional and informative. I appreciate his assistance in reaching out to my daughter at her work to get some information he needed as well. Jaylen is an asset to this company.

Wife broke her S10+ screen and was horrified to be without her phone. Looked this place up and scheduled an appointment for the next day. After scheduling appointment had a couple of questions and called the store. Sierra answered all my questions and said she had a no show so if I wanted to bring the phone now she'd fix it. WOW instant service, yes we got lucky. Hopped in the car and drove the 40 mins to get there and Greg and Sierra were both so nice, responsive, and adhering to Covid protocols. While the website quotes 3-4 hours they thought, couldn't promise, it should only take a couple of hours. Rather than drive home we went to local waterfront bar for a few drinks & to watch sunset. UBrokeiFix website gives you status updates and in about 2 hours they called and said they were done. OMG couldn't have worked out better! Felt like we turned lemons into lemonade....Phone broke at 10AM, dropped off 3pmish, had a few drinks watched an amazing sunset & picked phone back up at 6pm good as new! Like that rather than just fix the glass they do it right and give you a whole new screen, frame, and battery. Not cheap but better than buying a new phone. We thought Greg and Sierra owned the store but they just work there....they should be commended for excellent service!

This place is amazing and truthfully a life saver. I went to apple first and they told me that the phone was water damaged and I needed to pay 499 for a replacement. Came to this place instead and they fixed the phone for 30 $!!!!! Would recommend 10/10

I had a warranty repair on a Google Pixel 7 Pro performed here, as they are the authorized repair company for Google. Completed in 2 hours, no hassle, no charge, good as new.

They fixed my operator error... Tip them they definitely deserve it. They didn't charge me a thing. Jaklynn didn't want to take my tip I insisted.

This location did an excellent job fixing my device. I had a broken iPad Pro 11in 3rd Gen screen and they fixed it no problem. The customer service is excellent as well. The only thing I wish was different was that they didn’t have the part in stock and had to order it, that took about 5 days to get the part. I still have them 5 stars though because overall it was a very good experience, highly recommended.
