Massanutten Dental Team and Oral Surgery

Wow while on vacation at the resort I woke up with a terrible toothache! I called the Massanutten Dental team and they were able to help me out. Turns out I had to have a wisdom tooth removed! Awesome care and everybody from the front desk staff to general staff were outstanding! My oral surgeon was retired military (I’m a retired Army Military Policeman) also which made me feel really comfortable as he walked/talked me thru the procedure! They even had a support dog at the office ( who appears to visit everybody to get a friendly head rub greeting)😊👍🏿 very beautiful building with a professional staff! Thanks guys for taking care of me. Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation pain free!😊

I have severe dental anxiety and I had a tooth break that was severely painful. They were able to fit me in super fast. Alan was so nice and made me feel at ease very quickly. If he was a hygienist I would have asked to have him be my regular hygienist. Dr. Biery explained everything really well and was extremely kind. They are professional, caring and truly want to help. If you are anxious about the dentist and have been putting it off, Massanutten is the perfect option. It’s a bonus that they perform oral surgery in the office. They also have service animals in the office which made me feel even more at ease.

Dr Biery has been seeing me for extensive dental procedures. I love that the scheduling is quick and I can go to one place for everything. I am not a fan of the drill nor anything in my face. I have been using the gas, weighted blankets and ear phones and had great results. It's a busy office but they orchestrate the team well.

My daughter had to have quite a bit of dental work done and we contemplated putting her under anesthesia. We chose not to for personal reasons. Dr. Berry and her nurses are amazing, my daughter went through the entire procedure with only numbing medicine and did not cry at all. She was actually excited to return the next week! Shocking, I know. The entire office staff is wonderful and so kind. They took the time out to educate her as well to prevent future damage. ♥

We have searched for many months for a compassionate, understanding dentist who had experience with young adults with special needs and who offered sedation dentistry. We live more than 90 minutes away
but I am very grateful that we were referred to Massanutten Dental. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and comfortable, and felt like no one was judging us (like so many other healthcare professionals have in the past). Every staff member we encountered were so kind and so patient with my autistic son who will not allow anyone to touch his face and who isn't always 100% cooperative. We have finally found our dentist. And we LOVE the office dogs...

I love coming to massenutten dental team! They are so friendly and very professional. They actually take the time to focus on your needs of care and to make the necessary plans to accommodate whats best for you. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dental care. They are truly the best!

Dr. Biery exceeded all my expectations as a dentist. Her attentiveness to my needs, thorough responses to my questions, and ensuring my comfort during visits truly set her apart. It's bittersweet to say goodbye as I move, knowing she's been the best dentist I've ever had.

There’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere here, and the staff are as well! Personable and professional, and Dr. Biery was terrific. So impressed with this practice!

I felt welcome & secure from the check-in. Everyone was very nice. Dr Paulette was down to earth & made me as comfortable as possible if I had to be having a tooth pulled. I didn't feel any pain. I would go yo Massanutten Dental again.

The dental team that I saw was all women! Such a great team. Everyone explained the procedures they were doing. Can’t say that I always look forward to going to the dentist but this dentist and team make it easier. Thank you for being my dentist.

I cam to Massanutten Dental after having a very bad experience at another dental office. I have had two crowns and a root canal treatment done and they have been so kind and compassionate through the whole process. My own child had surgery and was put under anesthesia and I will just say that they are so amazing with children. We will keep coming back. Highly recommend.

My dental hygienist, Kathryn, is the best. She is very professional yet personable. I love how thorough she is and how she helps me to relax while in the chair.

This was my third visit. Tammy was awesome as my hygienist. She was aware that I have really bad dental anxiety. She was very gentle. Dr. Sonia has been great to work with. I will continue my visits with Massanutten Dental.

Dr. Soni has been my Dentist for a long time, She is great and super personality as well! And knows the things that I have difficulty with when they are doing different procedures and informs her assistants what I like and don’t and how they need to do things to accomplish the procedure. A true professional! The whole Massanutten Team so friendly! Would not go anywhere else for dental work!!!!!!!

The front desk ladies were warm and pleasant. The staff was professional and friendly. They made my first visit to the office pleasant.

My first visit was spent gathering information, xrays, consultation and going over in great detail what work needs to be done. I was there for 2 hours and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. No work done yet so I can't express any views concerning procedures.

I am petrified of a dentist but today Dr. Marshall made my 2 fillings seem like a breeze. She was so patient and kind hearted , so understanding of my fears. Thanks Dr. Marshall and Thanks to the young lady that was assisting you with my procedures today.

I have came here for many years, I feel completely comfortable bringing my child here. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Yes I Would recommend Mountain View Dental Team to anyone I know . Oh AND it's such a calming atmosphere with the fish swimming , The Beautiful Polo & Molly lounging around & the great lavender oil diffuser 😊

Beautiful facility, with kind knowledgeable staff; I immediately felt like part of the family! It had been several years since I'd seen a dentist, and so some extensive work was in order; I was very impressed with the process of analysing my needs/recommendations for restoration and healthy maintenance/full and easily understood explanation of steps and what my insurance would cover...all delivered with care and competence, and smiles and positive attitudes! A great place with wonderful people!!
