Just talked to BB Corp Customer Service. Mike was extremely professional and is in process to remedy my situation completely. I suspect the local store manager was having a bad day which affected my interaction with her. BB will continue to be my formal clothing store of choice thanks to Mike!

Excellent clothes, POOR customer service!

Have purchased many items from this store over the years (2 suits, 3 slacks, 4 sport coats and 8 premium dress shirts). Overall quality and selection has been very good (4.5 stars). My terrible rating is due to a terrible customer service issue I just experienced with the store manager, Karen. When I arrived, she was on a conference call so I came back 20 minutes later. She was still on the call but came out to talk with me. Her demeanor was like I was bothering her and taking her away from her management duties.

When I explained an issue that 2 of my BB dress shirts had a slight tear in exactly the same spot, all of my other BB shirts have no issue. She offered no apology or remedy, just that she couldn't help me and it was my fault for having the shirts laundered.

After being a loyal customer for the last 10+ years, I'll have to reconsider if BB will be my business clothing store in the future.

Must visit during Thanks giving break to keep your man happy through out year. I generally go there and get batch of 12 shirts at most adorable prices 29.99 which else otherwise 49.99 or 59.99.. And also love their perfumes. Now need one for Valentine' day. I will check out the deals soon.

Brandy was very helpful with my purchase, & I took advantage of a great sale price for several dress shirts. It's worthwhile to receive regular e-mails from Brooks Brothers.

Disappointed jacket I wanted was not in stock. Employee promptly offered to order, however timing would be off factoring in tailoring. Still good customer service despite my poor planning.
