I had a stellar experience at Aspen Dental for a recent filling appointment, and I’m thrilled to share my five-star review!
From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Tammie, at the front desk, greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled all the paperwork. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for the entire visit. Kevin, the dental assistant, was also fantastic. He was attentive and supportive, checking in frequently to make sure I was okay. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the appointment. Aspen Dental has definitely earned my highest recommendation. The combination of Tammie's warm welcome ,Kevin's expert care, and the managers supportive presence made this visit outstanding.

Had my initial visit today for dentures assessment. They gave me the option to stay and get my impressions done even though they were very busy and cutting into their lunch break.
Justice worked hard to make sure that I had every applicable discount and helped find additional financing with no shame or pressure.
Office was immaculate and comfortable.

There is nothing like getting a toothache while on vacation. I made an appointment and within minutes I received a follow-up text asking for me to collect insurance information etc. One does not plan for a toothache while on vacation so of course, I did not have my insurance card. The front office staff made several attempts and found my plan! The atmosphere at the office was very welcoming. Eventhough I was in a lot of pain Kevin, the Dental Assistant, showed great compassion while taking the xrays. Dr. Broth showed me the xrays and explained them to me. He assured me that he takes the least invasive approach to hopefully either give a temporary/permanent fix. I left there confident that they gave me the best of care. I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Broth, Kevin, Tammie, Justice and Jordyn.

The entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Traci and Naomi were both kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Traci provided options for my treatment plan and explained everything well. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but will say the team at Aspen Dental is great and would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with my first experience at this location. The staff on duty today were super friendly and welcoming. They were very professional in addressing my requests and concerns. I feel confident and comfortable using their services.

I’ve gone to Aspen a few times now since moving here and I can’t say good enough things. From the front desk to the doctors. They have all been so amazing at explaining step by step and never letting you feel left in the dark!

From the ease of getting an appointment set to getting all information I need and to get the ball rolling on a new set of dentures, the entire experience was great. I'll update after my other appointments. Doubt my opinion will change

We are grateful that Aspen was able to fit my husband in today. The customer service was awesome. Ms.Tammi made it happen, then Ms.Essence did x-rays and Dr came in and finished the assignment. To God be the glory! We appreciate Your open door! Blessings of the Lord!😁

Appointment was made FAST!! Lovely building and offices. Dr. T. was easy to talk to and direct. Pricey but I'm worth it.

Had a great experience at aspen dental today! Everybody was very professional and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner! Tammie checked me in and made me feel very welcomed. My dental assistant “Essence” was friendly and very attentive and professional and made me feel good about my first time being there! Dr. Scott assessed my mouth and made a great decision and extracted my tooth quickly and efficiently. The office manager, Justice helped me efficiently work through my treatment plan and future dental work I need to get done. She also answered any questions or concerns I had very clearly. Any staff that I passed on my way in and out spoke to me and were very friendly! Nothing but a great experience

The team at Aspen Dental was absolutely exceptional. I walked in with an emergency on a Saturday that’s by appointment only but they were gracious enough to help me. They were so nice and Dr. Scott did an amazing job at pulling my tooth. Today just 3 days later I can’t tell I had work done. A huge Thanks to each one of you again 😃

Staff was very friendly and efficient, it was my first visit but felt like I’d been going there for years, it was very comfortable.

Everyone was warm and welcoming . From the time you arrived at the front counter. The staff is vary informative and answered all my questions. The dentist listened to my questions and concerns and together we came up with a wonderful plan to fix my dental problems. Vary happy with the care I received at the Harrisonburg ,Va office.

I'm usually fearful of dental visits, but my experience at Aspen Dental was a game-changer. Their easy booking process allowed me to schedule an appointment at 2am and they even offered me an earlier slot. Dr. Scott was fantastic, making my comprehensive exam smooth and stress-free. His detailed explanations and professional demeanor eased my anxieties. Truly exceptional service that exceeds expectations!

Absolutely impressed by this office. I just had my first visit and everyone was so kind, friendly, and explained everything very clearly. Megan was so patient with me and even though I have the worst anxiety, she talked me through it and made me feel at ease. I was even in luck and had the Motto rep in office to help make sure everything went smoothly for my clear aligner scans so all around, it was a fantastic first visit. Very happy to have found my new permanent dentist office! (additional thanks to Jessica, Dr. Scott, Tammy, and Justice (so sorry if I got that incorrect.)

Very pleased with my experience at Aspen Dental. Hygienist was very helpful and informative and the Dentist was very nice and personable. Would definitely use again in the future and would highly recommend.

Dr Scott & Nurse Megan did an awesome bone graft...precise, professional, optimal surgery & provided comfortable reassurance during my procedure. All the staff make you feel like you are an important part of their day ..looking forward to my new tooth implant.

Didn’t have a current dentist, we’re able to get me in the same day- super great experience! Front-Desk lady was very helpful, the dental assistant I had was awesome, hygienist is very knowledgeable of her job & the Dr. Is fast & friendly. I usually hate going to the dentist but they made the experience quite lovely! I’m glad I finally found a new dentist!

Best Dentist I’ve EVER been too. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the atmosphere, it feels very peaceful. ALL of the employees are very nice and extremely helpful. I went in feeling very anxious but through the whole visit I felt comfortable. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
