Very professional and knowledgeable. I presented a rusted bodywork problem, and they were quick to give a quote, how long it would take, and explained how they would repair the panels.

Kept me updated as they worked on the car, stopped by occasionally and they showed me the work they had done and the work they were still going to do.

Even repainted the area, and other areas around it after they finished welding in new metal. (Welds looked very clean).

Definitely recommend for quality body work. I had massive rust holes in the body of the car, and now they look good as new.

Even installed new trim around the area.

These guys are great. Work was done as promised and on time. They discovered one fender had been painted a shade different before. They repainted and blended fenders to match. Brandon was great to work with. These guys know their business.

went in after being told bull by R & B and turned away, and Rooster's did an amazing job. car went in after a fender bender whole hood was bent up radiator broken and front damaged. took care of us in a day car was almost brand new (hood damage was pretty extensive and not paid for, but he did it anyways) and had us on our way. worth traveling to Roosters.

Great mechanics

I went here a few weeks ago to get my front bumper fixed first after my wreck, everything was fine there. However the owner has a hard time getting in contact with you it seems like about your vehicle if it's ready or what's going on with it, I always had to call him first to find out what's going on. Then I take my truck to them last week and again the owner had my truck from the time they opened all the way til around 4:00, I finally called to find out what's going on and come to find out apparently the wrong parts were ordered for my truck, so I waited til this week to bring it back in again and he said the right parts were in so I took it in and when I went to pick it up, they only did rear bumper whenever I talked to him about fixing my tailgate to which was damaged from my accident as well. I go up there with the owner not there and they couldn't take card because the machine was with the owner to charge it, which he didn't bother to let me know that when I called them, so we had to leave to go to the bank to pull money out and then go back up there. Needless to say the job they did was good, however poor service on communication and very disorganized business and I am left still with a tailgate that needs to be fixed.

I don’t leave bad reviews because I understand things happen that are out of our control but listen to this.....
I brought a motorcycle tank to Rooster's to be painted with a little bondo work to be done. Was told they were swamped so they couldn’t start until “next week.” I said that’s fine.
After 30 (yes, THIRTY) days, I head up there and they haven’t done anything but partially sand the tank. They told me to give them 3 more days and it should be finished. 3 days go by, I call, they say they haven’t even started yet because they were so busy (whhhatt? Its been a month? Shouldn’t mine be first in the line?) but they assured me it would be done by Monday (it was Friday when I called). Monday and I get the same story, Tuesday, same story, Wednesday closed for 4th of July, Thursday, same story. Finally, on Friday after 40 days of completely wasting my time, (dropped off on May 28th, picked up on July 6th) I call and tell them, “no hard feelings but if y’all can’t get started on it today, then I’m gonna have to take it somewhere else, it’s been 40 days.” Whoever I spoke to said, “let me see if they can squeeze it in, I’ll call you back in a minute.” They never called back, I drove up to Rooster’s right before they closed hoping that they had something done. They hadn’t. The tank looked exactly the same when I first checked in on it, 9 days prior.
Like I said, I don’t leave bad reviews for anything because I understand that things happen that are out of our control. 40 days to paint a motorcycle tank AND STILL NOT COMPLETE IT is unmistakably the fault of the business. I would’ve never left this review if I had a big project to be done or if they took a few extra days beyond what they told me. But you can paint a 3 gallon motorcycle tank in ONE day. 40 days and no effort to finish a 1 day job is a slap in the face and I’ll be spreading the word.

Owner doesn't even know how to buff out a scratch. He left swirl marks all over the door.

Very unprofessional and rude! Not sure how they are still in business. Don’t waste your time here!
