Victoria Sullivan is always an absolute gem to work with. She helps explain anything you may need help with and ensures you have a good plan for your health moving forward. The entire staff is friendly and efficient and the environment is clean and respectful. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Lepley for about four years and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very understanding, listens, and does a wonderful job of explaining things and any options available. Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment, but I've been able to see other doctors when needed and everyone has been great.

I see Dr lepley. He has always been very professional he is caring he listens to what you say and the doctor's office visits are not just rushed he has a true compassion for his patients anybody looking for a doctor needs to really look at him as their next Doctor are really appreciate Dr lepley and everything he has done for me.

Friendly staff and very respectful of my time! I love Dr. Morgan! In and out in 30 minutes for a routine physical, even with a nice talk with both the nurse Rochelle and the doctor!

I have been a Patient of Dr. Alan Morgan's since 1999. I won't go to Any Other Doctor. To me Dr. Morgan is One of the Best, Up to Dated in His Medical Fielded Doctors in Harrisonburg Virginia. Along with Dr. Lepley, He too is a Great Doctor. They run RMH South Main Health along with other PA's that work under them. Now, I do like Brandi who is a PA .. she too has a Very Caring Heart and Works Well to provide tge Best in Health Care to a Patient's Needs.

I would like to thank Ms. Jessica Smith, the Physician Assistant for her exceptional and kind care, also I'm extending my thanks to her nurse, I wish both all the best.

Dr Morgan, is an amazingly Dr. The nurses and staff are nice and kind all the time. Best family Dr setting love it. ❤❤

I'm not here to say Sentara's personnel are perfect. However, I've witnessed plenty of demanding and rude patients that lack etiquette while on my doctor/lab visits so it can go both ways. Perhaps the nurses get tired of dealing with these types of personalities and it sours their mood. Everyone should show a little kindness.

I find the DR's and staff there helpful. DR. Lepley is very friendly, courteous, caring and helpful. I did have a problem with another DR there but he transferred to interpretive care, thankfully.

I really like my Physician Assistant but many of the nurses could seriously benefit from sensitivity training, classes in respect and over all friendlier demeanors. Some are great but they are few. The rest act like we should know what to do without their help. If that was the case there would be no need for a nurse! I have seen this through varies forms of contact and seeing different Sentara healthcare providers. Bad attitudes undermine how hard they work. If you don't care about us why should we care about you? Then add to the fact that my questions get altered on the way to the physician and get returned lacking answers I feel sufficiently answer my question. Let's not even discuss response time. While my PA nurse responds quickly others in the same office take days to respond!

Dr. Lepley has been my doctor for years and I love him. However, there is a serious issue with the responsiveness of the staff. A patient should not have to call and email every day for a week to get a preauthorization form sent to the pharmacy. Very frustrating because Dr. Lepley is such a great doctor but I would not recommend anyone to this practice due to the customer service. Very disappointing.

Jennifer you are a sad excuse for being in the medical field. You are so extremely disrespectful and it is uncalled for. All I wanted was to make an appointment and you made the experience awful. You will not receive my business and I hope you find a new job because you definitely need it with your rude attitude. Go work at the dump because that’s where you deserve to be not with the general public not healthcare. I will take my business anywhere else because of you

My husband had an appointment at 4:30 this afternoon, at 4:36 we were leaving without seeing a doctor. They supposedly tried to call to let us know they were cancelling the appointment (made six weeks ago) this morning; if we had called to cancel the appointment this morning we would have been charged a fee, they however did not reimburse us for our time. They also weren't able to contact us, because when the appointment was made, the person who took the call apparently decided not to verify information, so when they called this morning they did not call the phone number used when we made the appointment, but one they had on file from when my husband was last at RMH (now Sentara)- 15 years ago. I wish I could leave less than a one star, because Sentara is truly with every experience I've had with them a NIGHTMARE. Please save yourself the headache, and make an appointment with a smaller practice.

I have been coming here for years. This facility has really gone down hill and quickly. You will always be leaving a voicemail, it is impossible to chat with anybody, and even their voicemail says not to call back...leaving you confused and not sure what is going on. I understand that things get busy, but I have seriously waited weeks for medications before that I needed because nobody returned my call to tell me I needed a follow up (which by the way is rudely what they say will be the only way they call you back is to get you back on the books before refilling). Just a super disappointment. I will be finding somewhere else to go and I recommend you all do the same.

This is kim Griffith, This place is a joke! 3 month wait for an appointment to get a physical, then turned into being seen in a parking lot for 5 min. After I waited twice on the phone for someone to pick up, a total of 41 minutes. And then charged my insurance 260.00, I then called my insurance provider to see how it was coded, , . I then wrote a letter to them, absolutely no response, never will I ever go to this place again. They could care less.as I said a joke of a place. , and a rip off, that charge is insane, which I had to pay 192.54. ,n, angry is an understatement. so beware!

They refuse to answer their phone. If you leave a message they refuse to call you back. If you can get through to someone it is just an answering service and they tell you they can do nothing. That's how serious sentara takes patient care during a crisis they just don't answer the phone

my son is sick i have doctor since long time i call for appointment .same day ,i call 3 times for appointment, they told me doctor did not see the message as soon as doctor read the message we give you call very irresponsible customer service i call next day still they say same thing .
