We bought our first home from Wayne Frier, with the help of our AMAZING salesman Bret!! He took us under his wing as soon as we stepped foot in the door and has been nothing but amazing through the entire process. He gave us so much advice and made sure this whole experience was smooth for us. He stayed in contact and answered any questions i had, even on his days off. I’m so grateful for him and i truly don’t think it would have been possible and definitely not as enjoyable of a process without him.

Jared & Elliott were persistent & encouraging on helping us get ‘our now home’ that we wanted & getting us set up in a timely fashion. Everybody I have spoke to at this facility has been absolutely top tier. I had to cancel the home purchase due to unforeseen circumstances but they were very helpful the entire duration of the process. Shannon was the salesperson and was absolutely fantastic. I wanted to make this review from the first day we walked on Wayne Friers property but I waited until after we made our purchase, after we were able to move in and a couple months of living here so my review would be thorough. Kelly is absolutely amazing! She worked with us the entire time. She never got tired of my questions and trust me there was ALOT. She even answered us in her off days. We reviewed 5 to 6 house before we chose the one we are in and we absolutely love it. 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms two living rooms and it’s was set up beautifully! We had a few mishaps with the crew that out it together but within days Kelly had someone here and fixed asap. It was the easiest process that I would absolutely buy from them again in the future. Kelly is absolutely amazing and I’m telling you she is on top of things. Called her with some minor issues such as some blinds being damaged in the process of moving, the very next day she had us some new blinds. We moved in our home in August and are still just as happy!

I purchased my home from WFM and cannot say enough about the service and staff. Jared and Dave walked and talked me through the whole process and never made me feel like I was bothering them with my million and one questions. You are made to feel like family and Jared and his set up team went out of their way to accommodate my hectic schedule so I could be involved in watching my home take shape. 7 months ago we started the journey for our first home, we got more than that when we worked with Kelly at the Macclenny location. We got peace of mind that we were in truly good hands. She helped us with everything from the jump. Being young and just starting out we didn't know where to begin, Kelly helped us through the entire thing. From our starting paperwork to handing us our keys we couldn't of asked a better person to help us, she truly became apart of us through the process and had answers or found us answers at ever turn no matter what. We are forever grateful for her and everyone that helped us through this and we got into our home right before the holidays & baby 2 being born. Definitely worth the time, effort and experience we received from them.

Thank you Jared Martin for keeping all the promises you made we had a few issues come up and delays , but life is something out of our control. Emailing is thee best way to reach busy people! So patience sometimes is a must. Thank you for everything you promised

My husband and I just purchased a triple wide from Wayne Frier in Macclenny. The staff there was very nice and responsive. Jarrod and Chris were very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way!
