I have purchased furniture for a few decades now from Town and Country. They are the only furniture store that feels like home as you walk through the inventory beautifully staged. All of their associates have worked there for years and are knowledgeable, helpful and never pushy. They have no hidden agenda with marking up furniture and they stay away from switch and bait sales gimmicks. Their inventory is built to last. In the last 2 months I've purchased a new braided area rug, matching sofa and chair and a recliner. When they delivered my furniture they took the old sofa to give to a refugee family. Loretta Cubbage is always helpful! I could have ordered all of this online, but literally saved a couple thousand dollars buying from Town and Country. Incidentally instead of false sale gimmicks, you earn reward points for future purchases. My rug was half the price because of my rewards. This IS the best furniture store. Evidently for winning Valleys best, many of you think so too!

Very pleased with my experience here. They only carry quality furniture so I didn’t have to worry about it wearing out quickly. I also appreciate that their staff isn’t paid based on commissions, so I never felt pressured or persuaded by any of the staff. They were easy to work with and very professional. After shopping around at several area furniture stores, Dayton Town and Country felt like the trusted choice and definitely where I’ll return next time we need furniture.

Enjoyed every aspect of our purchase! Their showroom is clean and welcoming, and their employees are friendly and they didn't hover over us or seem pushy at all. Then the pricing is more than fair, especially once you consider the quality of their furniture. The purchase was easy, their delivery was professional, prompt, and accomodating of my schedule. We love our furniture and have definitely found our new favorite furniture store, and I am sure you will as well once you visit them!

If you are looking for heirloom pieces of furniture that will last a lifetime, Town and Country Furniture is a hidden gem in the Shenandoah Valley. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful! The quality and pricing is top of the line compared to big box stores which don't use solid wood.

We picked out and purchased a table, hutch and bench. It is absolutely beautiful! Each piece is obviously expertly crafted. Sorry I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me pick it out but every aspect of it is perfect! Will always recommend Town & Country Furniture❣

Town and Country Furniture is very easy to work with, and in my opinion, they sell high quality furniture. Notice the dovetail drawers, the nice facing finishes, quality hardware, and hardwoods throughout when you look - no pressed wood in their furniture. Its nice that you can find a piece that fits your needs and space, and customize most of the details - finish, hardware, leg and trim profiles, etc. Our delivery occurred when promised, and it went very smoothly. I highly recommend T&C for your furniture needs.

We drove over 2 hours to visit Town & Country Furniture as we could not find what we were looking for closer to home. We loved the quality of their furniture as it is handmade by the Amish. The quality is remarkable , and our solid oak kitchen table and chairs fits perfectly into our kitchen remodel. The store also has a wonderful staff who were so very helpful, including the owner. I’m sure we will be back there again someday to purchase more of their beautiful furniture. Thank you! We are very happy with our purchase!

Town & Country is our go-to place for furniture! Most of the furniture in our home was purchased from T&C, along with floor rugs, lamps and wall art. The quality is superb and the management is friendly and helpful but not pushy. They ensure you are satisfied with your purchase/order. I very highly recommend Town and Country!

I enjoy shopping here for several reasons. They have quality furniture which will age well, even with children in the home. The sales associates are helpful and not pushy. Ordering is easy. I will buy here again.

We have purchased many items from this business throughout the years. They are courteous, reliable, honest and price competitive. They stored the furniture we purchased until we could move in to our new home. Great folks to deal with.

Went in for a recliner and we were not disappointed! Delivery fee was reasonable especially since they bring it in the house and set it up (unlike Grand who charges $150 just to bring it in the house). Sales staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Every step of the way of ordering a custom la-z-boy sofa has been a wonderful experience at Town and Country!

After researching what piece I wanted before visiting the store, Loretta helped me visualize and finalize my order by walking me through similar pieces on the floor and going over pricing. I went to several other retailers in the area and the customer service and knowledge at T&C couldn’t be beat.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind through the entire process (especially when my toddler tagged along when I was looking through fabrics). The piece was just delivered to our home and I couldn’t be more happy. I highly recommend Town and Country for your furniture needs!

I ordered a LaZBoy recliner from Town and Country furniture. They didn’t have one in stock that went with our other pieces. Mr Booth was very patient and knowledgable about the process and helped me with picking out fabric for the chair. When the recliner was ready they were very accommodating in working with my schedule to arrange delivery. I’m very pleased with both the recliner and the whole experience with Town and Country.

Found exactly what I was looking for and the product was USA made. Delivery was conveniently scheduled. A floor protector was missing when the chair was delivered but someone brought one to my house within 15 minutes and placed it on the chair leg.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked into town and country until the time they dropped off my chair. And w my health problems I really needed that extra knowledge and experience. Thanks T &C!

A lot of the items in there were really pretty, real wood, and some of the items were really cute. I went in here with friends and they were looking at furniture. The prices are a bit steep but I think they are probably worth the price for the quality that you would be getting. They have an upstairs and downstairs.

We love this place. We have purchased numerous pieces of furniture through the years. Each time we looked at other companies but then we would come back to Town and Country for the quality, selection and service. Thank you!
