Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner

We had a wonderful stay here. I can’t really say enough nice things about the staff. They were very accommodating for our family event and so pleasant every time I interacted with anyone, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers to housekeeping. The rooms are well-designed and quiet, and they have microwaves, refrigerators and a coffee center in each room.

My room was cleaned between the first and second night, which was great. Not all hotels offer this any more.

The only thing that surprised me was that guests were charged for drinking water. I found out that free filtered water was available in the fitness center so I used that. However, I think that water should be available in a more visible location, and preferably on every floor.

I can't say enough nice things about this location. I had a week stay for business and hosted a happy hour through the hotel for my team. They were incredibly easy to work work with, very responsive, and so kind. I got so many compliments from coworkers and we're all looking forward to our next event, which will definitely be at the Hilton Garden Inn. Kudos to the sales team and I definitely recommend.

The only reason I’ll be coming back here would be for the exceptionally great customer service by Dhruv. Super friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are clean and smell nice. If you’re torn between “DoubleTree”, “Courtyard”, and “Hilton Garden Inn”, I tried all three and would recommend the Hilton Garden.

Interesting place first impression, nice hotel. The bed looked like someone else just stepped out of it, i.e., heets wrinkled. Pillows also seemed like the bed made up after ssomeoneslept in it. Uncomfortable feeling. Breakfast was .complaining guests in the morning. The elevator got stuck, and no one cared. Shuttelservice was provided within 2 mile radius very nice gentlemen that drove the shuttle.

Professional services and great hospitality. One thing that amazed me is that they provide shuttle service with in certain circumstances free of charge. They'll pick you up written you're done.

Drew customer service and hospitality was very amazing !!!!!! I left my wallet at the hotel remind you I don’t live in Washington DC. I stay three hours away. When I called he informed me that my wallet was put up in a locker and no one could touch it. Three days later I received my wallet. Through the whole process he was very professional and patient !!! The hotel its self was very and this day was even better I highly recommend.

The hotel was a great experience, clean, tidy, updated and friendly professional staff. The only issue I experienced during my stay was the lights went out after a storm, completely out of the hotel’s control but a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that I would definitely return again and highly recommend.

Got set up in this hotel for a few nights do the work. Very happy with this location. This hotel was very clean staff is very friendly and rooms were really nice. I got me a double bedroom which was pretty spacious. Thought the beds and pillows we're a good quality and I slept pretty well. Some of the best hotel towels I've ever had at least soft wise they didn't rub my skin off while drying myself after a shower. Each morning there was a little breakfast buffet, even though I had tickets it looks like it runs about $12. Pretty much the standard food pancakes, eggs, bacon Etc. There was a little bar area they're each night people tended to hang out at. There was an extra fee for parking, they have a parking garage located underneath the hotel that you need a key card to open the automated gate to enter. Very safe feeling, the elevator is required a key to be able to push your floor number. And overall I thought access to the hotel from the main road was pretty easy on easy off. It is Tysons area so traffic is always a nightmare here but there are ample restaurants in other activities pretty close. I would definitely stay here again!

We had een double queen room for a family of 4. Nice spacious room, with excellent bathroom without bath but with big walk in shower. Koffiemachine in room (also microwave and fridge) and complementary coffee in lobby. Free shuttle within 2 Miles and we used it a lot for rides from/to the subway. Hotel is on the Silver line to IUD and downtown; very convenient. And last but not least, very close to Tysons Corner huge shopping mall. Hotel will bring you to shopping mall too.
We had a check in during the night (!) because of a late arrival by Amtrak but that was no problem (hotel was prepaid).

Staff helpful, hotel smart and clean. Car parking no problem ($10/day, although free on the street outside).

I've stayed here twice, and had no problems. Housekeeping on request only, but had no problem getting the towels changes every few days. Room at the end of the corridor was quiet. Bed huge. Aircon effective.

I'd stay here again.

Oddly nice fire hydrant just a few steps from the entrance - bit of a novelty for a visiting Brit!

The hotel was good overall. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. The eggs were gross and dry and the kitchen was understaffed. They were out of a lot of stuff. Waffle cups were all over the place and if something was out there was no body to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the location was great.

Clean room, great location and Dru at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. The evening shuttle driver was excellent!

Great weekend trip at Hilton Garden Inn! I booked this reservation on the Expedia app since it provided free Garage parking included with the reservation. The hotel was clean, convenient, and comfortable. This was my first experience with Hilton Garden Inn and I’ll definitely return. My room was spacious and well decorated. I had no issues the entire weekend. The staff was amazing and made sure I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the three C’s ( Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable). 😉

I was out of town on business and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner. Mia, Misty and Abraham's customer service was amazing! My room was well kept and the bed was very comfortable. I will defiantly be coming back for a vacation stay.

Great stay and it was much nicer than we expected. Everything is updated and new. The restaurant was a nice treat. Morning breakfast was good and included. The eggs were real and not instant. Overall it was a great experience.

Used this hotel for a group block for a family event and was great. All guests were very happy. Excellent price, especially for the Northern VA area. The management was extremely flexible in giving us dedicated runs of their local free shuttle to our event.

This Hampton Inn is centrally located near good shopping, restaurants and Wolf Trap. We had a great weekend in Tyson.

An easy 5-star rating. The customer service is fantastic. From the front desk staff to the driver of the shuttle to housekeeping and to the restaurant staff, excellent service -and with a smile- is consistent and constant. The room and its bathroom were clean. The food in the restaurant was good. And finally a hotel restaurant that isn't needlessly overpriced just for the heck of it. I've stayed at many hotels and have had good and bad experiences. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the consistently excellent service. I'll be back.
