Switching the phone and Internet service can be very stressful. I was lucky to work with Jimmy who was very knowledgeable and extremely kind to help me through the whole process. It takes time and patience. He activated my phone and Internet and took care of numerous promotions that I would probably loose in spite of all the emails from T mobile with instructions. Now I am very happy customer and will recommend T mobile to my friends and family,

Fantastic Location! Manny was very helpful with my iCloud issues when I was unable to sign back in after getting my iPhone 15 set up.

He explained why it was not working, and how my employer had certain settings deactivated which were leading to the syncing issues.

I left with my phone fully set up, and my security token login reinstalled.

I love this TMobile Store.

Angel is professional, courteous, and friendly. He is juggling everything at the store and providing outstanding customer service to everyone in the process. And all other staff we interacted with are also super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

Great customer service early on a Sunday morning. Even though it was really busy, the Sprint rep went out of her way juggling multiple customers to get my tablet up and running. The young lady helped me get my Microsoft Surface Pro LTE working and never stopped smiling!!!!!! Thanks for helping me out and being kind the entire time. My son is sorry he ripped the brochures.

After experiencing poor performance at a different T-Mobile location, I came to this one and wish I had visited it sooner. I didn’t catch his name but the manager was very helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed to be very prepared to do his job. He helped correct issues that began in the previous location. I would definitely recommend this location.

Christian Munguia Parada provided absolutely superb and professional service. He solved three different problems for me and went beyond even when I asked for. T-Mobile is lucky to have him. When I came in T-Mobile was at risk of losing a customer, but because of Christian they still have one.

Joe is Fabulous! All of the staff and management were Fantastic! Best costumer service I’ve experienced anywhere ever nice Covid began! I still hate the company but this store is Awesome!

I went to this location 2 times to manage my former sprint account. Both times I had very good customer experience in the store. The employees are very friendly yet professional. They also wear their masks and keep their distance from you (which I appreciate it given the current pandemic times.)

Although I was there bc I was leaving Sprint, the manager Raquel kindly asked why I was leaving and offered a few options without overwhelming me or being really pushy about staying. Which I appreciated A LOT!

If things don’t workout with my new phone company, I Will definitely consider T mobile in the future. Their costumer service really left me impressed.

This team provides the best, friendliest, and efficient service a customer can ever ask for! They help you get your answers so fast that by the time you blink you are done with your visit. I was 03/17/ 2022 in this store I need help fix my cellphone Apple 12 pro max and his guy helped me & my friends really nice. He gave me new information about how can I use my cellphone in overseas , honestly I didn’t know . We had a lot of questions and he answered kindly & very patiently. His name is DEVIN HERNANDEZ

I called and went to this store since the branch that I live close by (7393 Lee Hwy. Ste B, Falls Church, VA 22042) told me that I did not qualify for the Iphone 12 T Mobile offer for existing customers. I spoke to this store's manager the night before and said that I do qualify. I went and dealt with Becky Brown. She was very welcoming and professional throughout the process! I did get the offer for the 2 lines and the credit expected are now reflected in my account.

This store may get bad reviews but my experience with it is exceptional!

I walked in while out shopping to ask how to remove an unwanted icon which accompanies texts I send. The customer service representative took me immediately and now only showed me how to make the desired change, but answered questions about my device, which doesn't open to allow the battery to be changed. Very helpful, efficient service.

One of the best T-mobile experiences I had. Emma had me out the door with a trade in I had in 10 minutes. Would recommend you do all your in perso T-mobile transactions here.

Razaaq and his Associate were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I walked in. They provided multiple solutions for my concerns. They were did not pressure me into brand loyalty yet showed me what my phone is capable of.

Antonio Howard helped us. And he was absolutely Grear. Even though we had to wait but he made sure that we were helped. Their entire process was so simple and quick. He understood what we were looking for and gave great recommendations.
