Recently purchased a living room set, the experience was amazing as always with the Macclenny team! Addison was so helpful at explaining the warranty, battery pack, and making me feel more comfortable with the first time purchase of power furniture.
The delivery came on time, actually 2 days after my purchase! The delivery team, Tony and Anthony were amazing! They were very professional, informative, courteous and friendly! Great job team!

I was approved for a lot more than I thought I'd be and the staff was so helpful in getting me the furniture at a price I could afford. They really do just want you to buy their furniture no matter what.

When I tell you these people treat you like family I am not exaggerating. I’ve done business with Badcock for years and this location has always been the best but, I moved away for a while so everyone in there is totally new to me. I love them so much that I’m not going to make payments on line, I want to go in and make my payments, just so we can say hey in person!!!

Sales staff met us at the door and asked what we were interested in looking at. We were looking for a sofa with 4-6" legs and a skirt. They didn't have any with skirts, but had several with 4" and 6" legs. Had the style my wife wanted and she liked the color so we purchased it. We had been to four different furniture stores in our search. Great job.

I love the fact that they greet you by your name. Once you enter the establishment, the associates are greeting you with a smile. They establishment always smells good and is free of any type of clutter. The vibe is a pleasant one.

Shopping for furniture is always tough. I chose this store for the helpful and friendly staff and their attention to detail. I was happily surprised to get approved for an account with them. Delivery to Jacksonville was prompt. The guys assessed the situation prior to bringing our couches in and were able to set everything up without scratching a thing! They tested the products to make sure everything worked, prior to leaving. I will continue to shop with them. Excellent job by the whole group at Macclenny Badcock.
