Dr. Copeland, the hygienists and the entire staff are professional, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. My cleanings are meticulously completed. I am always asked if I have any concerns or changes from previous appointments. The equipment is modern and advanced. They are thorough, detailed and procedures are done correctly and smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Copeland.

Ken Copeland Family Dentistry was able to fit me in and help me with my emergency dental needs the same day I called! I thought this was outstanding especially around the holiday season when offices are normally booked for weeks. Dental hygienist Ashley was so nice and helped me through the whole process in a timely manner and worked around her busy schedule! If you are a JMU student not from Harrisonburg looking for a dentist office I would definitely recommend this dentistry!

Dr. Copeland & his staff are truly amazing! Shawna, Ashley and Kelly were amazing assistants/hygienists. They have made me feel so comfortable as a new patient. As someone who has major fears of dental work due to previous experiences, Dr. Copeland's offices takes a conservative approach and treat all your concerns as if they were treating themselves. This is truly the place to go when you want a family atmosphere and genuine people taking care of you!

We are new to the area and I was shocked on how fast they scheduled my family and I for appointments! Brandy, the dental hygienist,
was amazing! As a health care provider, I know how easy it is to just focus on the 'task at hand'. Brandy took the time to make me feel comfortable and talked with me throughout the x-rays and cleaning. She made me feel relaxed and eased my anxiety. Dr. Copeland was also wonderful. Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor! Definitely recommend!

Had such an amazing cleaning visit to Ken Copeland Family Dentistry today! Shawna polished and flossed my teeth and was incredibly communicative with directions, friendly, and enjoyable to speak with. Brandi, who scraped all the build up near my gums, has to have been the gentlest hygienist I have ever had during a six month cleaning. She took so much care to scrape without causing any pain and didn't set off a single one of my sensitive spots. I was able to relax and not tense up. She was also kind and a joy to speak with. Such a positive experience today..

Dr. Copeland is a mighty fine dentist, but it's his staff that really stands out. One of the newer hygienists at the practice, Brandi, was exceptionally thorough and gentle at my early morning appointment. Dr Copeland's office was so helpful in getting me in quickly when I had an emergency.
Megan is the treatment coordinator, she does well at communicating and finding a date that works well and send great texts and messages for reminder.
LaQuena, was my hygienist. She did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She is gentle with her work and soft-spoken. She very much put me at ease.
Dr.Copeland are professional, they do well at explaining things.
Dr Copeland has a great personality that puts a person at ease.

Brandi and Autumn, our hygienists, were very good with me and my 7 year old. Megan W at the desk was extremely helpful as well and Dr. Copeland was very helpful and informed.

I wish I would have known about this office a looooong time ago!!! First time there and was going for 2 extractions and they made me feel so comfortable and they are all so kind and helpful I can not put into words how awesome they are myself and my children will most definitely be going to their office from here on out!! If you feel concise about your teeth I highly recommend this office ! They will have you leaving with confidence!!!
