Starbucks

This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The service and coffees came up quick and on point! Shelby was phenomenal and extremely attentive and friendly! Wow! Great job, Starbucks!

As Starbucks goes this seems like one of the better ones (especially those that are off major interstates). I stopped in as I was charging my car and spent a pleasant 45 minutes enjoying a drink, the AC, and a break from a long drive.

Service was solid as was the preferred beverage. Clean restrooms (will need passcode for counter to get in) and comfortable seating.

Great experience. Guy who helped us was very patient and friendly. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, a vainilla bean Frappuccino and a pup cup. Highly recommended!

New location is great for me as I travel west on I10. I can stop on the return as well. Great staff and excellent service. Cost is reasonable for product. Clean bathrooms are provided.

The drinks were good and the service was fast. I went inside to place my order. And I was out the door in about 10 minutes.

Went for my girls birfmas and we accidentally ordered at the store in yulee, staff was kind enough to look at the order on the phone and make it for us still!

Passing thru on a road trip and the place was busy midday on a Friday as you'd expect but the staff was calm, collected, and very polite. The girl on bar was in need of help and the other workers stepped right in. Made my drink perfectly, thank you for properly making the brown sugar shaken espresso drink-Starbucks places back home don't.

Absolutely love this Starbucks!! Always see a smiling face when you go inside!! Morning shift is the BEST!!

Alexander was truly great! His voice was pleasant to hear while ordering; very friendly and personable. He was eager to get the order correct despite ME making a mistake in ordering (I had misread the menu). It was an impressively positive experience while ordering out, and a rare one.

By far the friendliest Starbucks staff I've encountered and quick to serve, fix a problem, and say hello. I especially had a positive encounter with a young guy named Leo in the drive thru who went out of his way to use my first name several times. Small gesture....big impact.

Happen to be in the store working when a manager was giving a meeting where she mentioned that time to greet customers was sub par and needed to be improved. Just wanted to say that my experience was nothing less than exemplary. However I am just one guy who is easy to please. =)

My only complaint would be that the music is a tad too loud sometimes but they are always kind enough to lower the volume when it's mentioned. Keep it up Starbucks McClenny!

The music is loud but other than that this Starbucks is great. P.S. If you come here you can ask them to turn their music down if you'd like.

The drive through line was wrapped around the building so we went inside. Although we weren't greeted upon entering, we were able to order right away due to being the only customers inside that hadn't already been served. The order taker was straight to the point, had nothing to say aside from repeating our order and giving our total. The barista called our names, we retrieved our ice shaked espresso and left.

I've stopped at this location on several road trips. The seating is varied, plentiful and comfortable. The restrooms sometimes accumulate paper trash during busy hours, but are always sanitary. The drinks are properly and quickly prepared. Both my hot tea and my iced coffee were just right.

The workers were the best part. :) They were friendly and made pleasant conversation while their hands moved at lightning speed. :)

Great little Starbucks that's easy to get to from I-10!

Only complaint is they were out of the caramel crunch! Everybody in drive thru was sweet and patient with me and the service was pretty fast! They're wasn't a line when we went around 11:30

I don't order food here very often so I can't comment on the food items here. We do order drinks sometimes 3 days a week and everything we have tried is always great. My favorite is caramel crunch frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, tastes great and gives me the extra boost I need to get things done.

The barista who took my order also made sure I had all my items and was so sweet. I had woken up on the wrong side of the bed and he completely made my day. Thank you Luke!

Greets you as soon as you pull up to the intercom, asked my name and how I was doing as she was taking my order. Makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business and time
