The sales associate, Peter, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He did not rush us and was very patient while we considered all the options (there were many). After looking at several other stores, we bought our furniture here. Great experience!!!

We custom ordered a recliner from this location from our excellent salesman Peter. The chair took quite awhile to be delivered and when it was, there were some issues. The two main problems were the terrible off-gassing and some kind of operational/structural issue.

When we contacted the store, we were instructed to attempt self-remedies for the smell with baking soda and/moving the recliner to another room. We couldn't move the recliner, but we did prepare the baking soda for odor absorption. The smell never faded enough for us to keep it.

For the other issue, we were told to submit a claim for repairs to be attempted. So we did and included pictures. For some reason, the seat back and base were not aligned properly and there was a very large gap where the two met up. The response from the repair department was disappointing, as the simply stated to "return the chair to the upright position." The pictures sent did not show a human sitting in the recliner, so the small gap would be made much larger with the weight of a person, this lodging your rear end into that crevice everytime the chair was used beyond sitting upright. Not helpful.

So we contacted the store again and even revisited to make sure our eyes didn't deceive us when purchasing. Nope, some chairs have small gap (for ease of chair movement), but not one had a gap like ours and none got our butts stuck.

The store Manager Chris assisted us with returning our recliner and swapping it for another one, a floor model. We were very happy to get the floor model, as the off-gassing smell for this recliner had practically disappeared by now and having sat in it, we knew it would be fully operational.

Overall, now extremely happy with our recliner and Chris the manager is a great man who has excellent customer service skills.

Wonderful experience! Salesperson was very knowledable and helpful when we needed him to be otherwise did not hover. We were also exceptionally pleased with La-Z-Boy's selection of furniture; styles, upholstry, and options.

Had a great experience with Nick our salesman who was very friendly and helpful with the process and reaching our to us about the sale the store was having that saved us money on delivery and the sofa set we ordered. The quality was by far superior than any other store we went to go see and can see why with the options included with the warranty for the mechanical components. Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to having highly quality long term furniture instead of something that was cheaper and have to replace in 5 years or less.

We walked in and sat down in two different chairs, and within a minute, Tammy came to assist us. In that short minute, we had already found the chair we loved.

Tammy was delightful, helpful and we had everything wrapped up in half an hour. We have loved every Lazyboy we’ve had and this next generation will be just as wonderful. Thanks for a good product and the sale price made it even sweeter!

First time shopping at la z y boy. The experience was one of the best. Unfortunately in the world of sales people, experience in the past I've had problems getting waited on or helped. I don't look like I have any money. At l a zy boy I got waited on as soon as I entered the store. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left the store happy with the whole experience and I think the high quality of furniture meets the price. I went to two other furniture chains without any satisfaction. Also some furniture stores don't have items in stock, la z y boy I didn't have that problem. When the delivery men came they were helpful, putting the furniture exactly where I wanted it. The set looks great!!

Aaron was nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Can't wait to get my new couch!
