I personally want to thank Tanya Burke and Karen. I received a call from the bank due to a personal matter and it was taken care of immediately. I am always being updated. We refinanced our mortgage through Homefield Credit Union. The process was straight-forward. Elaine and Doug were great to work with. They communicated well and made sure any issues were resolved so we could close on time. I found their rates to be better than others around! I’m very glad we moved to them!

I want to give a shout out to Homefield Credit Union's updated website and mobile app. Having both the web page and mobile app with the same look and feel is definitely a plus. If you are a local business looking for a loan, I can tell you that Homefield Credit Union is by far the best. As a restaurant owner, I understand that there is a higher risk getting a loan. Over two years ago I walked in their office, prepared with the documentation and financials required, to apply for a loan so I could open my cafe and Homefield made the entire process seem painless. Even after, they continuously check in to ask if they can do anything to help my business! Working with a credit union is very important to me and they exceeded all my expectations! Thank you for your focus on our community and treating me as an individual in business!!

My family and I have been with them for a dozen years and have had nothing but great experience with the Homefield team. Both of our children have accounts there and the staff at Homefield has always been patient and encouraging when they come in to make deposits to their accounts. Christian is especially helpful and fantastic to deal with!

I have always had great service with Homefield CU. I have been with them for many years and they are far superior to both TD Bank and Bank of America. I have accounts at all 3, but do loans through Homefield only. Not a lot of red tape, and you get to speak with actual people!!!

Such a great experience. Closed in record time. Attentive to our needs and timeline. Very easy to work with. We'd use them again if the opportunity arises. Doug and Elaine were wonderful!

This bank is great. My great grandfather opened an account decades ago. This bank has always been very helpful and friendly. If you don't mind supporting a smaller local bank, I would trust homfield (Grafton suburban's new name) with your money.

Always fast and thorough service, I've been banking here since I moved to Grafton over 20 years ago. Between the friendly tellers, extremely helpful management, and vast array of products/services, I'll be banking here until I physically can't anymore!

I've been with them for years. I have nothing but positive things to say...love them!!!

My husband and I have been members of this bank since before 2000 and over the past 5 years this bank’s service has been steadily declining. We have a mortgage through them and a couple years ago they failed to pay my homeowners insurance, which they insisted they had to control. They then failed to pay my real estate taxes!! I got some great excuses for this followed by a woman telling me I needed to add money to my escrow account, which didn’t make any sense at all. Now with their new online banking it has been a show and a half!!! I can’t see the accounts I could before and the customer service reps were incredibly rude except for one, Max, who was extremely nice and helpful.
---Update-- I was able to speak with a bank manager today, Tanya Burke, who was extremely helpful and was able to explain in more detail as well as correct some things for me. I do hate that I had to do all of this and spend this much time to get this clarification, but I am extremely grateful that she took the time to sit and talk with me today. Thank you for you help.
