A museum of coffee grinders / mills or a coffee,
You'll have to find out for yourself what's real.
The Coffee has friendly nice service, excellent coffee, tea and more. It was a good place for me to relax and hanging around.

Are you a true coffee freak? Better yet do you buy whole bean? If so do you grind by hand? If you answered yes to the above three you are a coffee freak and you must stop in here. I'm going to ruffle some feathers here but if you are drinking ground coffee you are drinking stale coffee to some degree even if it is freshly roasted. Buy an adjustable hand grinder (you don't have to buy an expensive one) find a local roaster. Buy whole beans and brew at home with a French Press, a pour over, an aeropress etc. You will soon learn you can make coffee as good as any coffee shop. Plus you will save so much money. The correct grind for the method of brewing used is the key.(Hand grinding is the only way to dial the grind in perfect). Even the humidity and temperature can change the grind needed from day to day. Electric grinders are better than buying preground but they are so quick you really can't control it. Whole bean (correctly grounded to brewing method used) plus good, filtered water at the correct temperature. Yes it's really a science.

Ok enough with the lecture. Stop in here and see this collection of coffee grinders. Oh so cool! From a retired art teachers personal collection the barista said this was just a fraction of his collection.

Their London fog was top notch.

Service: 10/10
With that small town touch, the lady who took my order made me feel like family and not just another customer
Cleanliness: 10/10
Everything was clean and sanitary, even it being a coffee museum, I didn't notice any dust anywhere
Atmosphere: 10/10
Although there's a lot going on, it looked well presented and not cluttered.
Busy:
Not when I was there on a Sunday morning
Value: 10/10
Big city coffee with small town prices
Overall: 10/10
Can't find a single thing to complain about

The service is fantastic here! I was looking for a nice study spot for school and their free access to wifi, ability to plug-in chargers, and their coffee and treats all come together to create a wonderful atmosphere. I'm looking forward to their extended hours as I will certainly be back.

If I get bored of studying or need a brief break, I can wander around the shop and look at the different coffee grinders and learn the history behind various coffees. The staff is super friendly and always up for a conversation or ready to answer questions.

They don't just serve coffee and sweet treats, either. They have a nice food menu that I'm sure is great for brunches and lunches. They also offer beer, wine, and flavored sodas for those not big on coffee. If you have younger kids, they can get delicious gelato, baked goods, or sodas and teas. They also have sugar-free and gluten-free options.

Finally, the most unique aspect about this local coffee cafe is the awesome collection of coffee artifacts and decor.

Overall, this is a place with friendly service, great prices, a wonderful atmosphere, and a nice little book for relaxing or studying. :)

Quaint home like coffee shop. The area I sat in was decorated with cross stitch art. Lovely jazz played while I was there - toe tapping the entire time. Pastry was fresh and delicious . Totally worth the trip

I got a Vietnamese coffee, made the authentic way with a history lesson on its origins.
Coffee is made with love and passion and the collection of coffee grinders is a neat addition.

Staff was super friendly, service was fast and coffee/cakes were great. Good selection of seating with separate nooks for small groups in the back as well as tables in the front. Lots of history to check out too.

I have been several time since finding the shop in June/July. Everything I have tried has been delicious! The coffee, tea and even an experimental milk shake have been excellent each time. I have tried multiple biscotti and they have all been tasty. The cookies are good too. However, the cinnamon crumb cake has to be my favorite.
The customer service is outstanding. The owner is often there and willing to discuss the history of all the beautiful grinders displayed about the shop. The overall atmosphere is a lovely balance of Barista and cottage academia. I look forward to stopping by when I am in town.

Some places have great food and coffee. Some places have a great staff that make you feel at home. Some places have an inviting and interesting ambiance. Coffe Museo hits a home run with all three.
Not only a great local spot, but one worth getting off the interstate to visit.

I don’t normally give amazing reviews for a place after one visit, but this cafe certainly deserves it !!!
Judith makes amazing beverages and the gelato is to die for.
Not only is the espresso beans fresh and flavorful but it comes with phenomenal service from a very sweet lady.
The entire shop is decorated with coffee grinders from all over the world and time.
This will certainly be a consistent stop for me as I travel through every time going forward.

Just came in here today to grab some drinks before getting on Amtrak. I’m incredibly happy that there is finally a super solid coffee shop in Clifton Forge, especially one with such a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. We loved looking at the antique coffee grinders, and the coffee and tea was great too.

Delicious coffee, really yummy homemade baked goods and breakfast sandwiches (eggs, Gruyère, ham on a tortilla). If you’re anywhere near downtown Clifton Forge, don’t miss stopping in for coffee and a bite to eat. You’ll be glad you did!
