Very quick response. Discovered the carpet wet in a home I take care of some things and after consulting with the homeowner, I called Michael's.

Very distressing situation completely resolved by two great young men who wanted to help and confident that they could help us and boy did they ever! Even patiently let me test out their work with success and put my skirting back to original condition so relieved and pleased whole process was very much appreciated and in this day and age to have the guys work great together just made my day! Received great service. Had to call after a fire involving our hot water heater. The guys were out shortly after 8 the next morning and had the job complete within 2 hours!

Michael T and Eric C were awesome! They came when promised and really went out of their way to find the best solution for our main house drain issue. They could have easily just jack hammered the floor but they took the time to find a better solution that truly fixed the problem and saved me money. You cannot ask for more from a contractor. They cleaned everything up and I will be calling them whenever we have household issues in the future Michael's Plumbing & Heating is a great group of people who care.

They were contacted through my home warranty to come look at my water heater that was leaking. I put a service request that evening and they came the very next day around 11 AM. They were very prompt and fast at installing a new one and were very quiet while they were here knowing that I had to sleep before a night shift. Very happy with my service.

The guys that came out today were great! Hopefully my issue is fixed for good! Owning a new home you find out all sorts of stuff! I have a warranty company that sent out Michael's however I will continue to use them in the future. Great customer service and very thorough in explaining to me what was going on.

My hot water heater went out this week and Michael's Plumbing helped me find a new one and do the installation on very short notice. The guys were great! They got the job done and helped me thru a very stressful situation. They even hauled away my old heater and all the trash when they were done. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely use Michael's for any future plumbing needs!

Micheal's P&H were fast, professional, and even personable. We contacted another hvac repair company before Micheal's and they tried to capitalize on our need for AC in hot weather and gave a ridiculous quote to replace our starting capacitor... Then we had Michael's come out, I didn't even have to tell them about the company's quote before them and they gave me a more than fair price to get us back running... I could just tell they are a stand up business... I would highly recommend!! 👌

I want to inform you that Michael's Plumbing and Heating, Inc. are great. We, my mother and I, have called on them for numerous situations and could not be happier with the service. Everyone involved were very professional. The service men were polite and completed the work in a timely manner. We would highly recommend these guys to do your work.

Able to get an appt first thing in morning. Service man was so professional and respectful. Helped me with 2 plumbing issues while he was here. Very reasonable price. Happy to hear they also do heating and air conditioning. Great local business!

We used their services for my business, needed some electrical work and some plumbing. They saved me a huge chunk on vs what others had quoted me, and even said couldn't be done. I recommend them to other business owners and friends. They were fast, and friendly on both jobs I used them for.

Jacob responded to an emergency call for the management company that I work for. Call came in after business hours on a Sunday evening, and the job site was over 30 mins away from Harrisonburg. Situation was time sensitive and was handled quickly and attentively. Very professional and polite. Will be recommending / using again in the future.

This company is amazing 😉 they came out in a timely manner. Terry was very informative and polite, he explained everything he was doing ! The owner came out as well they were very professional, polite genuine good hardworking men ! They fixed my heat in no time ! I highly recommend them !!

We had our bathroom remodeled last fall to put in a handicap tub. I am disabled and getting in and out of the shower was becoming extremely difficult. On 3/27 my husband discovered a leak downstairs in the utility room directly under the shower which i had just stepped out of. We called Michaels and they sent serviceman Terry out pronto. It was determined he would have to go through the kitchen wall behind cabinets to get to the leak. He said to call a local cabinet shop to remove the cabinets. On Tuesday 3/31 the cabinet remover came and completed the job quickly. I called Michaels to say the cabinets were down and they could come to fix the leak. Terry was here in half an hour and worked for more than 2 hours to get the problem fixed. He corrected the problem in a professional and knowledgment manner explaining what had been done wrong previously. Thank you MIchaels for acting so quickly and thank you Terry for being a first rate plumber and really nice guy.

Had a wonderful experience with this company, the first repairman who came by was able to identify the problem and we had to order parts, but the second man (Pat was his name I think) who came to install them was super helpful and got the job done within the hour. Absolutely recommend.

Local company thats been in business for years. Personally know the owner and know that he would not overcharge you for work. They do an excellent job and have worked on many rental properties that we own. You cant please everyone, and by reading these negative comments that is what I have garnered from them.

Did a great job. Came the same day. Found leak problem and repaired it. Technician was friendly and informative. Would use again and recommend them to others.

These folks are awesome! Came out on Christmas Eve to fix our frozen pressure tank value. Very pleased!
