BEST burger I've EVER had!!!!!! If you love burgers I highly recommend you go and try the Bacon Rancher. It was PHENOMENAL! The Honey Chipotle Chicken strips we got in our appetizers trio were excellent also.

Generous food portions and very good service. I like the fact that the sports bar is separate from the dining areas. Wide variety of menu items makes it easier to please everyone in your group. Don't forget to tip your server 😉

We haven't ate at a chillis in a while and it was so good and the drinks was wonderful too

All Employees work so well that I can't even explain because I came here multiple times and everything was done much better than excellent due to their willingness to serve no matter what it takes!

I ordered Old Timer Burger with Fries and I will tell you that Burger that I was eating tasted better than any other Burger I was eating in other restaurants that I visited in the area!

Loved the food and the staff was young and helpful. Wish they could accommodate us when we arrived. We were 7 people including 3 kids and we had to wait 30-40 mins although they had seating available. Seems like they did not want to open all seats and had specific sections only. The server did not have enough knowledge on the menu and we had a lot of back and forth on options. After all that the important thing was that the food was delicious. We ordered meal which included starters, 2 entrees and a desert. The margaritas were slightly on the sweeter side

Honestly chose this restaurant because it was on the right side of the road. We arrived later than average dinner rush during the remnants of a tropical storm. We were so tired and just done with traveling.

We never eat at chains because they are dependably loud and average or less than. But not this Chilis …the were greeted warmly upon entering and shown to a booth near the bar. Our server attended us immediately and our food was out quickly - perfect portions and fresh.

Accidentally choosing this restaurant was the best part of the evening…the food was better than we expected but it was the kindness and consideration of our server that really prompts this review.

The atmosphere food & service were great! Blackberry Patron Margarita was amazing & I washed it down with a Blue Agave Margarita 🍸🖤🍽 Keely was a great waitress🍽🖤🍸

The new three for me is a great bargain. Family and friends love it!

12-13-2019 ... My Friends took me out tonight for my Birthday to Chili's in Harrisonburg Virginia. I haven't been here in awhile since under New Management.
I must tell you it was so crowded tonight with Happy Faces especially ours from All the Delicious Food served. We ordered Shrimp Tacos, All u can eat Soup n Salad & Chips & I had a Wonderful Spicy Bean Tortilla chip corn Salad. I Enjoyed the Potato Soup and our waitress was so Friendly!! Loved the BlackBerry Tea! She Also served my Birthday Surprise 2 days early .. Thank You so much!! 😊

I had the best time here. The food was amazing and everything came out fast. I have no complaints.

Our server was AMAZING! We have not had a server that good in so long at any restaurant! He checked on us constantly never needed a drink or anything for that matter he had 5 tables going that I could see but we never ran out of ANYTHING! He also kept coming to us asking if we needed anything when we didn't! We visited around 6 this evening and was seated closer to the kitchen! Wish I got his name!

One of our favorites! The food is always fresh and the servers will bend over backwards to provide an exceptional experience. Since the pandemic, Chili's is a bit more pricey...but to be fair, everywhere is.

Haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, as ours closed down a couple years ago. This one appears to be short staffed still, but we were seated after a short wait. The staff here was super nice! Our waitress was exceptional. She was very fast, and super attentive! The food was excellent! This was a great return visit for us, and with my oldest daughter attending college in town we will be returning a lot!
