Ms. Cece is the best thing to happen to this place. Although she works way past office hours, she puts her heart and soul into her work and truly cares for her residents. Thank you for everything you do!

Been living here since 2011 and it's a great place. Management has done a lot of work updating the property inside and out. Angie the office manager is friendly and easy to talk to about anything. She loves her tenants especially the little ones. From all the yearly functions she puts on for them (adults too) to just waving hello as they pile off the bus in the afternoon. Always going above and beyond for us all and making it alright to admit you live actually live in the complex.

Baker Manor is an upstanding and nice apartment complex. The manager Mrs. Angela is the sweetest and most caring. She really makes you feel like there is nothing you can't go to her with. She goes above and beyond the call of just being a manager, she truly cares about her tenants. Best manager hands down. When you have good administration, it makes it easy to say I am happy to be here.

I really enjoy staying in Baker Manor the neighbors are very friendly. Mrs. Angela our apartment manager is the greatest she is always doing positive things for all the children in the complex. She also has community luncheons for the complex she is overall the best... I can't see myself staying anywhere else.

Very nice apartments! Very well maintained, safe and desirable location. Angela, the property manager is very attentive to tenants needs and always goes the extra mile to make sure that the units stay in “tip top” condition! The apartment complex also hosts a variety of events around the holidays and during the summer time for the children and their families to help bring everyone together (which makes for a great little community). This is a FANTASTIC place to live! Highly recommend.

I have lived here at Baker Manor for 6 years. Angela Tanner our Apt mgr is one in a million. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities. She does everything she can to make our living safe and a happy place to live. She has upgraded, remodeled and makes sure our grounds are always kept clean and mowed on a regular basis. Special dinners on a monthly basis, Holidays are always acknowledged!! I could go on and on. But I would run out of space to write!!!
Our maintence man Mark is always ready to help us any way he can. As long as our Management continues on as is, I don’t ever want to move. Many of us have become family.

I have lived in Baker Manor apartments for 6 years. My kids and i have really enjoyed living here. It is quiet and very family oriented. Everyone who lives here looks out for one another. Our apartment manager Angela Tanner is one of the best apartment managers you could ask for. She is awesome wirh kids and people in general. She really goes out of her way for everyone. She holds events for the children and for the families at Baker Manor. She also makes us feel welcome. My experience overall at baker Manor has been great. It's a very nice place to live.

Ms. Angela (Dont know what her last name is) was in the front office when we arrived(we just stopped by to use the restroom) and she was very nice and professional and directed me to the restroom. Her professionalism and bubbly attitude was unexpected, but fresh all the same. If she treats people that just stop by to use the restroom this way I cant image how nice and professional she is with her tenant's and possible future tenant's.

I enjoyed living here. So close to everything and really enjoyed the management!! Angela is an amazing person. You can go to her for anything in your apartment and it gets done in a timely manner.

The staff here is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done even if it means staying after hours . The landlord is nice, caring, loving, and really takes the time out to make sure all needs are handled professionally. The maintenance guy walks around daily, making sure everything is fixed and if its not he gets it done in a timely manner, also he make sure the pool is clean and trash free everyday. The landlord is constantly planning things for the kids and the community. We have funday school with a church every week, luncheons once a month, and the holidays create even more events. My kids love it here and so do I. If I ever had to move I pray I move to a place that is just as caring and loving as the staff and people that live here.

Me and my son love living here. Angela and Mark are great. Angela does so much for the kids .I haven't had a manager as caring as her in over 15 years. I'm so greatful to have her as my manager .You won't find a more caring team in macclenny. She's THE BEST!!!

Very clean, tenant I visit is very happy with service from her Apt. manager Angela, who is always there to meet her needs and Mark, the maintenance person who always responds to her maintenance problems promptly. I was told she gets inspected monthly so any problems are taken care of quickly.

I have enjoyed living here. Very clean and we'll managed apartments. It's location is Central to me for doctors, shopping etc. Management and maintenance are always on top of things that need attention. Angie and Mark deserve a high rating for all they do.

The area is always clean. It gets decorated for the different holidays. Angela really cares for her residents and strives to get the community involved in different activities. I have volunteered on some events held at the apartements and love it!

Baker Manor is very clean and kept up very well. The apartment manager Angela is very friendly and has excellant customer service. She meets everyones needs very well. She takes a lot of pride in her work.

I LOVE Baker Manor apartments!!! Angela Tanner may be ruff at time's but it's all for the best she's an awesome landlord and keeps this place straight in GREAT hands!!! NOT to MENTION she loves the kid's she ALWAYS finding ways to do thing's for our children!!! Even do lil thing's for the adults!!! I wouldn't trade her for ANY Other!!! Angela Tanner is THE VERY BEST!!! Such a sweet Christian woman of God❤❤❤❤

As a frequent visitor over the past few years my girlfriend has lived here over the past 5 years and I've noticed that the community residents seem like a big family the grounds and apartments are kept clean and neat the staff is friendly and if any problem came up with my girlfriends apartment it was always handled in a timely manor . Angela seems to keep things running smooth with activities for the folks on holidays and special events seems like a place to live over all .

My name is Tamica Lee and I have interacted with Angela on many occasions and she has always been professional and friendly. I am so glad that my daughter has a manager with such empathy and has a genuine love for her tenants..

Bake Manor is a nice place to live. The grounds are kept up and look g good. Angela goes above and beyond when it comes to the tenants. I've been here for just over 5 years and look forward to another 5.
