Donut Star

Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. I did take this photo but it was after I already started attacking it lol. Great service and very delicious food. Stop down if your in the area

My new place for breakfast. Eggs and bacon were cooked as l ordered and the service was excellent. Needed at least 10 stars. Will return again soon.

Very nice homestyle breakfast. Appears to be family run which gives it even more of a homey vibe. The omelette was great and so where the home fries but as the name suggest, the true star here is there donuts. They are fluffy and you can tell they are freshly made. I will absolutely return again.

Went here for the first time on Mother’s Day….at 8:30…on a Sunday. Place was packed and the donuts were almost all sold out. Taking what we could for donuts, this place cranks out a good, no nonsense bunch of donuts. Nothing fancy or out there flavors, but very good.

Great little place. Nothing fancy, but a classic 'greasy spoon diner with good coffee, good food, and, most importantly, attentive staff. The old men socializing, the kids getting breakfast with their fathers, and the teens coming in for iced coffee make the ambiance top-notch.

Very impressive operation donuts are all home made with old recipes. The prices are the best around.

Best breakfast , best donuts, friendly staff, great service, affordable, very clean. Don't go in there looking for a new updated look. It has an outdated look but it's part of the experience for me personally. Not a huge place.I wouldn't plan a party. But perfect for the family to either sit down for breakfast or order takeout. Can get really busy on the weekends.It's always worth the wait.Lots of Elderly folks. (most friendly)So try your best to keep the kids in line out of respect for their quiet breakfast 🤣.The hash is so good it's ridiculous.

It's a homey little breakfast diner with some amazing donuts. We stopped here for breakfast which was typical American breakfast consisting of the usual eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc. Nothing really outlandish on the breakfast menu to speak of. For three people the total bill was only around $20 so a very good value indeed.

The staff/owner is a very nice Cambodian family, consisting of a mother, her daughter, and uncle. The service was good, fast, and friendly. The diner is a bit dated in it's appearance, but clean and comfortable.

The real treat was at the end when I picked up a donut for the road. It was a bit sold out by the time I arrived, around 11 AM, so not too many choices left. I grabbed an apple fritter which was just amazing. Crunchy on the outside with nice chunks of apple marbled into the dough. If you're accustomed to the many Cambodian donut shops they have out west in California this place won't disappoint you.

Love this local place run by a small family. Food was prepared straight off the grill and they have the best bacon ever! They have the best donuts around town as well. The family has been running the business since 2007 and they are very polite! Highly recommended.

Amazing donut and breakfast shop that appears to have been run by a local family which brings in the positive reviews like mine. When I was greeted, a nice woman allowed me to take my time on what to order and I was able to have a good donut and a good breakfast bagel sandwich. Be aware that cards are accepted for orders over $5 but my food was able to come out quick and I was able to have a good breakfast. Overall, if you're in North Grafton, come out to this place in the mornings.

Great hometown coffee shop serving freshly made donuts, coffee, and full breakfast menu. Food is delicious and served by very polite family who own the restaurant. Im a frequent visitor and I'm pleased at how quickly my order is made, even when they are busy. Their hours are great too, catering to early risers like myself.

The breakfast sandwiches and fresh donuts are absolutely the best in the area. I prefer take out by ordering at the counter but you can also dine in and have a server. Dining in has a small town old diner feel. It is a family owned place.

One of my favorite breakfast places ever. Owners are so nice, their bacon is cooked to perfection every time. Best example of a mom and pop breakfast place I can think of. All the locals eat here, one of the towns hidden gems.

The glazed donuts here are the BEST! The first time I tried these, I ate 4 of them when I got back in my car from getting them, then shamelessly went back in the place for a 5th- 5 donuts, 1 sitting=that good! Their lemon filled is my 2nd fave- perfectly balanced lemon flavor filling- not overly tart and not artificial tasting like some. TIP: get there early if you want a lemon one- they only make a few of those each day. I always seem to score the last 2 everytime somehow- maybe I'm just that lucky;)??
The customer service is genuine, low-key and upbeat, not forced, fake or scripted which is refreshing. I like that they share in my donut excitement while I'm ordering ..seems to be a family-run business and they put care in to the details. I don't hear them secretly cursing in their heads when I take forever to decide or have special requests which is appreciated. I can only vouch for their homemade donuts and muffins bc i have not yet tried much else. They are a casual, no-frills, full-service breakfast joint serving all the usual suspects like eggs, hash browns french toast and such served by staff who care.

They make the best donuts around, especially the apple fritters. It's also a great place to take the family out for breakfast. It's a bustling local hangout with friendly service, good prices, and great donuts.

Donut Star has been my go to place for great breakfast for the past several years. Everything is freshly made, delicious, friendly owners and great prices. They even bring me hot chocolate without me asking! I highly recommend Donut Star.

I got a western omelet and a side of bacon, no toast (cutting carbs). It was good, the bacon was cooked well done, the way I had asked. I got a tea in a large to-go cup so I can take it with me. My niece just got an orange juice (Nantucket nector, glass bottle). I forget the total of our bill was, something like $15 with tip. I will go back.
