Great spot to buy a used car! Luis was great - he was responsive, no pressure and was able to answer all my questions and back up with reputable resources (Car Fax, manufacturer's recommended maintenance, etc.). He's part of a small operation and worked very hard to delivery as you would expect. Fair and reasonable negotiator balancing getting you in the car you want with Vene's business needs to sell you a car!

I had an emergency situation where I was leaking fuel. After being told no by the shops in the area and approaching Vene's shop...They dropped what they were doing and got my car on the lift right away on a Saturday. I had offered $200/hr due to dire circumstances and they only charged me $40. Seems like a great family run business with good morals.

Our family of 7 were driving from Cape Cod to upstate New York when our Odyssey's alternator failed on the interstate. After calling nearly every repair shop in the area and having no luck I walked into Vene Auto and was met by the owner Luis who immediately sat me down and got the OEM alternator ordered to be delivered and repaired THAT DAY. He completely rearranged his schedule of cars to get us fixed and back on the road to our family reunion in the matter of hours. Gabriel kept me updated on everything that was going on throughout the process while we were waiting for the van to be repaired. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful, I was blown away. Luis and his crew are truly a gem and we could not thank them enough for going above and beyond to help us in what could have been a disastrous experience.

Had my F150 pop a charging system failure light on Monday, and since it’s my work truck needed fixed ASAP. Gabriel and Vene didn’t disappoint! He had my truck picked up for me, and got it diagnosed, fixed, and back out on the road making me money in under 2 days! He had parts issues due to this crazy manufacturing world we are living in these days, and Gabriel kept me up to date on the status during the entire process!!
I highly recommend these guys! Great to see honest local guys that still understand how to treat customers!

The best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had. Period. If you like low pressure and owners who know how to provide true customer service this is the place. I test drove a vehicle and then asked a few questions about a few things about regarding history and service of the vehicle. They provided a Carfax as all dealers do, but way beyond that. They were completely transparent and hid nothing from me about the car. The couple minor things were addressed without a second thought even though they could have refused as the vehicle was already in great shape at a fair price. They handled all the RMV stuff and delivered the vehicle on time and as promised. First time I ever left a dealership feeling like they were trustworthy and had my best interest in mind vs just making a sale. They know good business is all about the person and not just making the sale. Thank you Luis.

I purchase a truck here 5 months ago and went back to purchase my daughter a sedan for college. I just have to say I am extremely grateful for my last minute stop at Vene Auto Sales!!!! The service is exceptional, from the minute I walked out of my car. I was greeted by a smiling older man, he shook my hand and welcomed me. He told me someone will be over. Even with his language barrier you could tell he cared about his business. I was then greeted by Luis who welcomed me into his office. He did not pressure me to look around his lot of impressive cars, rather he sat me down and wanted to know what I wanted, he then informed he what he had. He did not have what I was looking for, a truck for my husband.
But I could go on forever, in the short he went to the auction and purchased the EXACT truck my husband has been dreaming to buy. For a used truck is drives like new. So we purchased a second car for my daughter.

If you want god customer service when buying a car and pressure from a salesman go elsewhere please, this is the wrong place for you.
If you want FAMILY service go nowhere else but Vene Auto Sales!! Trust me you will leave happier and more satisfied than you expected!

My son brought a s.u.v. off them. and they are great guys. i had them work on my wife's car they did a great job. at a great price . Very happy will only use this place for my vehicle repairs. but next time i need a truck or car I WILL BUY it from Gabriel or Luis. thanks guys my wifes car runs great
