From the outside atmosphere to the inside ambiance this place is awesome. The girls that work there are sweet and friendly. They got my order right the first time and it was great. I even asked for a side of milk with no issue at all. My boss and I sat down and talked with little to no worries. There was one point where someone on the other side of the wall baking which caused pounding on the wall. That was pretty annoying to be honest. Other than that the place was great. Id 100% recommend to anyone wanting to give it a try.

We got a custom cake and cup cakes done for our son’s first birthday. It was really easy to communicate with Trish via email and explain our requirements and they did an amazing job making a cake which exceeded our expectations. Pick up was smooth and the cakes were not only beautiful they were delicious!! We will definitely come back to Cake Shop Cafe again!!!

Latte is perfect. Pastries are excellent. Although the restroom needs attention and could use 1 more.

The bakery case is enticing! I’ve had the triple layer bar, which was incredible, and now the vegan cookie butter cupcake. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more things!

The ambience is chill. It’s a nice place to sit and visit or work with a hot beverage.

I’ve been here a couple times and love all their food, but you cannot beat their croissants! Great local spot with a comfy atmosphere!

One of the best Butter croissants 🥐 ever had in my life ! It was full of butter, flavor and delicious. Picked up some other great pastries for breakfast and desserts later in the day. We will be back. Great patio to sit outside and very friendly service. Our new gem so close to home.

Best place around for breakfast or lunch. The fresh baked goods are outstanding! Staff are super friendly and summertime has lots of outdoor seating. Grapefruit just chilling out alone or meeting a friend or having a business meeting.

Comfortable coffee shop/bakery that scores high on both counts. If you haven't been before, try the blueberry scones. Also the best outdoor seating of any coffee shop in the Worcester metro. You can't go wrong.

I'm addicted to their coffee and their sandwiches! I usually don't leave the house but I will just to grab a quick lunch here. Everything I've had is so good. We also got a birthday cake here that we customized. Their chocolate cake is so incredible! They also have these cute "pupcakes" that my dogs loved!

I'd previously only grabbed a coffee or a baked food from here. The experience was lovely...but today I had the pleasure of experiencing one of their hot sandwiches made on their in house fresh focaccia bread. Holy hell, not only was the bread unbelievable-light, crispy, flaky, soft-but the turkey was superbly tender and moist and the tomato was crisp and fresh. Killer sandwich. You must try it.

Amazing coffee, mocha and other specialty drinks! Yummy snacks, cup cakes and a great place to grab breakfast or lunch!!

Everything here is so good and made with love!!! I love the atmosphere too it has a factory industrial vibe. Staff are always friendly!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops - I feel like I can really relax here and feel uplifted. They have such amazing coffee, really one of the only places I know around here with a real espresso machine! I always feel really happy to be here, and the staff is always really kind. :) their pastries are awesome too!!!

OMG, bagel sandwiches are fantastic. The croissant sandwich was fantastic also. Coffee is a little strong for my husband but I loved it. Can't wait to go back ☺ went there this morning. New girl on the counter. Fantastic girl ! They treat you like family.

Yesterday was the first time I visited this hidden gem. They had just closed after a busy day and still welcomed me and took my order with friendliness and enthusiasm. I had the Almond Joy iced coffee along with a dairy and flour free cookie which tasted delicious. I cannot wait to go back to try other things on their menu. Cute place , clean , with lots of cake. Can’t go wrong !!! Thank you to all Staff for a wonderful first experience with this business.
