Our experience was actually a 10 ⭐. Ignacio was extremely patient with my mother-in-law. He explained all the different mattress and didn't push any of them on her. He was product knowledgeable and could answer any questions she had. We went to many different stores and it was refreshing to have Ignacio as our salesman. The price was good and he helped us explaining all the different prices and how we could benefit from each one. 😃😃😃

Rich helped my husband and I over the course of two days in selecting our new mattress. He was very knowledgeable, and overall wonderful to work with. When items we were curious about weren't in the store he looked up where we might be able to go and try samples. It was a smooth experience and we would definitely recommend this location to others looking to update their mattress.
