The wait staff here is awesome, super friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is great - a seafood joint that is casual but can be fancy if you want to celebrate a special occasion. The food was really good! We're here on vacation and wanted seafood. Our VRBO host recommended this place. It's close, and we saw it advertised. We chose to ignore the small handful of negative reviews and got really hungry reading the overwhelming number of good reviews. We were not disappointed! We enjoyed our drinks with the crab puppies. Then I had 1/2 dozen raw oysters and 1/2 dozen steamed oysters with coleslaw, which was nice and simple. My husband had the 2 crabcake dinner with coleslaw and big onion rings. We left very full and satisfied, taking home some of the onion rings and crab puppies for later. We recommend this place, planning a return trip before we leave.

We enjoyed a late lunch on the patio. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Thank you Anna, we loved all of your recommendations. The grilled shrimp basket and rodeo burger were amazing.

On a warm summer evening plan to arrive early to get a shady table outdoors on the deck facing the water. We got there at 4:30 and as the afternoon grew a tiny bit windy, they took down the sun umbrellas to avoid them blowing down. Good thing there were a few tables in the shade still available and we arrived! We snagged one and enjoyed a cocktail, beer and oysters without sweating in the sun. The local oysters were good at $2 a piece. My main course of shrimp and grits w/ andouille was comfort in a bowl while my husband's duo of crab cakes were full of lumpy pieces of crab. His side of onion rings were crispy and a perfect accompaniment. We ended with a brownie a la mode - the brownie was warm and oozie - yum - but the vanilla ice cream was very meh. All in all I'd come back again - curious about the clam chowder and steamed clams.

My mother and I picked up food from here while on vacation. The food was excellent as was the service. Next time we will dine-in for sure. The atmosphere and views were spectacular!

Way to handle the July 4th weekend rush today! Everyone was all hands on deck and super accommodating despite having a larger than normal crowd bc of the 4th of July holiday. It did take a bit to get our food, but our servers Victoria and Emily kept checking on us. My scampi was delicious! Can’t wait to come back next time!

We stopped by for an unplanned visit and to capture the last 15 minutes of the sunset. It was a lively place, casual, and welcoming. The Bloody Mary was excellent, great choice of beers, and the friend oysters were fresh, light, & tasty.

We had a great evening! I've had the Fish & Chips (the best I've had locally) and have added a new favorite, the grilled shrimp tacos. Amazing. My wife says the French Dip is quite good (I agree, she let me try it!) and that they have the best wings in the area. We enjoy sitting on the deck, taking in the scenery and listening to the live music. Lastly, service is outstanding. The hostess makes sure you know how long you'll have to wait to be seated (less than 10 minutes, usually) and the wait staff is attentive, knowledgeable and personable. We'll love going back.

The food & service were on point. We had a party of 5 and ordered everything from drinks to appetizers to sandwiches & entrees. It all came out on time and delicious. (I personally recommend the Bleu Burger w/bacon jam 🤤)

A special shout out to our server, Paula. It was a busy Friday night and she had many other tables. She still took the time to engage us with a great attitude and make sure we had everything we needed.

The view at night on the back deck was spectacular! A must visit in Deltaville!

Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff and great food/drinks. I opted for a burger (no bun because I’m gluten-free) and it was really good! Wish I could have spent more time here. For sure the coolest spot in Deltaville.

I got this location recommended from a customer, after reading all those mixed reviews I was skeptical at first but still gave it a try, it was my husband's birthday he wanted seafood and I wanted a change of scenery.
Yes we had to wait but with a great beer and chairs to sit comfortable outside and enjoying just the moment, time flew by fast and we got the text that we can be seated.
Britney our waitress was such a pleasure to meet, such a great loving spirit 💕.
Good was great my husband had the “one mate“ hope that's correct he liked and finished everything in no time.
Both children had a kids Fish menu and where happy with it.
I got myself the xxxplattern for $35 yes pricey but still filling my favorite was the mussels and of course, we had to end with a dessert, and oh boy that was a great ending.
We will be back no doubt.
Btw the big tall person behind the bar was awesome too, thank you for the beer recommendation.

My wife and I brought my mom up for lunch for her 81st birthday today. It was almost a 2 hour drive from Virginia Beach, and well worth it. The food was wonderful, the drinks were delicious, but more importantly, the waitress who took care of us was the absolute best! She knew the menu, knew what she was talking about when she answered questions and made suggestions, and was just as pleasant and enjoyable as you could hope. I didn't get her name, but we were the table that got sat on the deck shortly after opening. She deserves a big raise!

First time eating here. Was about to turn around and leave because the parking lot was full and my wife and son begged to stay so we did. I'm so glad we did! We were seated right away on the outside section right in front of live music. (Not sure his name but was a really good singer). Food was amazing. Atmosphere was lively and great view of the river. Son asked that we make that "our restaurant" whenever we come down again 😁.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, Connor was our server, he was awesome , best burger ever….get the brunch burger and the spicy bloody was excellent.

This is a place that is PERFECT for a nice relaxing meal. The Staff is very friendly. The food is OMG delicious. They had a band who was awesome. We will definitely be back soon. Really loved this place.

We had lunch on the deck overlooking Jackson Creek. It was lovely and our waitress was very friendly and helpful! We started with crab tots. They were my first, and I really enjoyed the little crab loaded tots! Next, I had a crab cake and the seasonal vegetables. I usually try the crab offerings first at a new restaurant. If they get that right, I'll be back. The crab cake was all crab, lightly breaded and lightly seasoned!! I am looking forward to my next visit 😊💜

Great service, great food, awesome scenic view. First time there this year and was not disappointed. Finally got to try the crab puppies as they were sold out last year when we were here. They were awesome, along with the crab cake dinner and shrimp wrap. Our server Cage was very attentive and friendly. Service with both food and drinks was quick and accurate. Will be visiting again before our vacation is over. Highly recommended.

A very relaxing informal location and dinner over looking Jackson Creek, Deltaville. The food was excellent, especially the tuna bites. There are many specialty burgers and ours were delicious. Complements to the chef and special thanks to Chloe for the special efforts she made in waiting our table and assisting with IPA selections. We'll be back soon. Keep up the good work.

I want to thank the Steve and all of the staff at Deltaville Tap & Raw Bar for all their hard work in making our Regent Point Yacht Club event a great success. The food was great and the wait staff could not have been more friendly. I made reservations for 16 and 26 people showed up. Our waitress and the kitchen staff handled our bigger group without missing beat. Thank you, great job.

Oyster Mondays are great. Had both fried and steamed. Delicious. Highly recommend.
