What an excellent Freightliner Repair Shop!
My 2020 Motorhome shut me down with a throttle position sensor error. This was the 3rd time I was shut down for the same issue. Had a previous repair at a different shop. I made it to Normandy Farms Campground in Foxboro. Called Mike the mobile repair dispatcher. He sent out Ken (25+ yrs experience) the very next day. Ken found a loose connection from the throttle position sensor to my ECM. He fixed it all at the campground avoiding a tow. I’m so grateful to this wonderful diesel repair shop.

Service department got our truck running and repaired in a timely manner. Greg answered all my questions and gave me updates when I needed and was awesome. Its a bit far from our home base but they were able to get it checked and fixed much faster than Boston Freightliner in Everett which was 1/2 a mile away from where the truck broke down.

We've had three trucks outfitted by this company , service has always been great their technician Clifton awesome guy does awesome work real professional! I highly recommend this company if you plan on outfitting your trucks. not only is your equipment and material of high standard so are there employees.

I have gone to, and called, this store many times. I always encounter someone willing to help and they are always professional. If they don't have what you need they will point you in the right direction. It's good to know that some people still think about the customer first and not the all mighty dollar. They're my first call for any medium duty truck parts.

They are all helpfully and friendly people. Your truck With trailer no problem, they have huge trailer parking lot. Any time repair ? yes open 24 hours. I love this place. Thank you ATG .

Oil poured out under truck!!! Truck stop service center was closing. Service guy looked at issue. He said a wire harness had rubbed a small hole in oil pain ( upper drivers side / front. He was closing - Friday night 7pm and would not be back till Monday 7AM.
He said their is a freight liner shop 2 - blocks away.

I’ll call the service department and get the service manager. DAVID GOOD - I explained my situation and my need to be on the road ASAP if at all possible. He said come right on and let’s see what the problem ( s) are. I arrived 7:30 ish. Sure enough it was oil pan leak and in addition a radiator reservoir was also leaking. It’s a GOD thing but they had all the parts need. Had me in the shop under the capable mechanical hands of AARON SILVERMAN. He got his techs started on oil pan while he ran down my other problems. All was repaired and we were on our way by 1:30 AM ( just a few hours later. They were all super nice / friendly. They set us up in their driver lounge up stairs ( private bathroom with showers). They are pet friendly, luxury recliners that put me right to sleep, and a big screen TV.
Them having the parts we needed was huge. When they saw they had the parts they went right to work ASAP and put us back in the road doing deliveries for emergency situations of our present time.

On 03-15-2021 at approximately 12:30 pm, I brought my truck in because I had an engine light on, NOx sensor issues. They had my truck inside the shop by about 1:30 pm. My truck was finished just before 7:00 pm. Very fast, very efficient, which most know isn’t the norm at a lot of Freightliner dealerships.

They do have trailer parking, but it is not secured. It’s on a hill behind the Freightliner.

Very kind and courteous staff. I hate to break down, but if I had my choice of locations to break down, it would be near Shrewsbury Freightliner.

I came in overnight, was checked in right away. They diagnose and repaired my truck in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 5 hours!

Very professional. I called the parts department, gave them a rough description, and they knew exactly what I needed. When I arrived they had everything ready to go and at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for better service.

I'm thankful they got me in, but I've been waiting for the manager to look at my completed truck for over an hour.

All things considered, I would go back.

I was Saturday in the Tri State truck center- parts to returne few truck parts, my husband both before and don’t needed.
There is young kid , friendly guy Manny , take care professionals. Make me feel welcome and i sure will come again. I recommend place with 5 star

Lori in the truck rental department gave me great customer service and helped me out of a jam during the busy holiday season(my truck broke down)..ive dealt with Ryder and penske before and it was a breeze with Lori straight forward and very professional...From the pick up to the drop off to the paperwork and emails it was spot on..thank you advantage and thank you Lori!

Excellent service. Have bought several trucks from them and have been happy with them before during and after the sale. Parts are always available and the counterpeople are helpful and knowledgeable.

I work at a small shop on the cape,we had a ecm programmed ,after installing the the new ecm it wouldn't start,we went back and forth and turned out to be a bad file from Detroit(no ones fault), the point of all this is that their service department is great ,they could have left us with a couple thousand dollar paper weight but they didnt,they were honest and figured it out,thank you to mike and everyone in service that got this sorted out
