Hampton Inn and Suites MacClenny I-10

This hotel is super clean and the staff here are very sweet!! The breakfast is a wonderful thing to look forward to as well. The front desk staff are nice, personable, and professional. The maid/cleaner for our room even put my kids toys all together in one spot as opposed to the tornado they left it in. Even when there were back to back calls and a line of about 5 people the woman at the front desk two nights ago kept her composure and unwavering welcoming customer service. Thanks for giving us a great experience!

I wish I had taken photos. Very clean, newer hotel. Nice pool. Decent area off the highway with a few food options. Great for stopping along 95. Comfy bed and free breakfast with several options. Would stay again. Only photo I had was of the palm trees as we were leaving. Side entrance next to elevators was convenient for loading/unloading.

Very nice! Only place I will stay from now on as long as it’s kept clean and no trash locals!
Rooms are very spacious! Bathrooms are large! No issues at all! Breakfast was great! Lots of options! Managers are apparently doing a great job! Keep it up!

Front desk clerk was a life saver had arranged lodging with different facilities and then got told they were over booked called Hampton Inn front desk staff was amazing will be going back when im back over for events in the near future. Room was clean and I mean white glove clean I have worked in the hotel industry for years as an inspector and always treat each room as I would if I was checking in for a full inspection. I didn't find anything out of place not even dust on window blinds nor anywhere else. Morning staff was great as well 100% recommend these ladies and gentlemen best service I've had in many years.

Really clean and spacious! The ladies were very nice at breakfast and the gym was very welcomed after a long day of travel. Would definitely stay here again!

The front end manager was nice. The breakfast person Sandra was so helpful with my kids.. She cut up apples for my 2 year old, and even went to the back to bring out extra stuff (muffins and milk) for us even though it was almost closing time! She was amazing and so sweet. The rooms were clean! Overall a great experience and would stay again.

The hotel is in excellent condition and very clean.

The breakfast area is large with plenty of seating. Breakfast was excellent with omelets, bacon, and waffles available. Other continental breakfast items were also available.

The hotel was very quiet and restful.

The parking lot is clean, and in good shape.

I didn't walk around to find out what the neighborhood is like so can't comment on that.

Just wanted to add that you can turn off the lights in the bathrooms that come on automatically. There is a off button just under the sensor to turn off but you have to push it every time or wait for 20 minutes to go off on it's own. This is a great hotel and is very clean and friendly.

Rooms were very clean, suite had lot's room, staff was outstanding at meeting our needs. The breakfast was hot and very good they kept up with the demand of guest plenty for everyone. I recommend staying here and will be staying again when I visit my son that lives' close by.

The hotel was clean and they served a descent breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Our neighbors were loud, but that was no fault of the hotel, just rude people at 10p.m. there are lots of places to charge devises in the rooms.

New hotel. Very clean, big rooms, breakfast was great! Pool faces the East so it was pretty cold for Florida standards. Could not swim. Pool maintenance man, Sean was super helpful, kind and polite. The town is small, very old run down looking. Places to eat were limited and a Chinese restaurant was the worst I ever had! No liquor sales on Sunday in that county. No wine for Jesus!

The staff at this location was probably some of the nicest people I've ever met at a Hampton Inn & Suites. My daughter and I arrived late and I didn't feel well. The woman on night shift that checked us in was so nice! She worked fast to get us into a room and settled. Then the next morning the woman doing breakfast was so nice and helpful to everyone! At check-out the front desk staff was so nice also. We didn't meet an unpleasant person at this hotel. Great job on this location, Hilton! Our stay couldn't have been better.

We came down from NC for our granddaughter’s graduation from Baker County High School. This was probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was extremely clean and sanitized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent!! Everything was delicious and the breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. They cleaned and sanitized properly also. We were here for two nights and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.

I need a last minute booking and the lady Miss Debbie who worked at the front desk was extremely helpful took all of 5 min to get me and my partner set up. When I got there room was already ready and very clean. It was very quiet and relaxing. 10/10

This is truthfully the BEST hotel in which I have ever stayed. The rooms were modern, well maintained and clean. The service staff was EXCEPTIONAL. This stay will influence future hotel stays I choose. Seriously, if you're within a decent driving distance, choose this hotel for your stay.

I remodel dollar generals for a living. We stayed here for two weeks. There were three of us and the staff took such good care of us. The breakfast was always good and the coffee was always available. The pool was amazing after working 14 hour days. I would stay here again.

As one walked through the front doors, the new hotel smell welcomes one in. One is greeted immediately by a kind front desk clerk. As one walks through the hallway to one's room one can't help but notice the nice decor and blend of colors. As one enters one's room one can see a strip on the door that it has been cleaned and sanitized. The room smelled clean and new. The room size was perfect and the bathroom was very nice. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was a huge bonus. They had so many varieties and it tasted very good. They had everything nicely organized. We highly recommend this location.
