I’ve had the pleasure of working with Taylor C at the Macclenny Ameris Bank branch both today and during my banking needs in previous months, and I can't say enough about her exceptional service. She consistently goes above and beyond, handling every request with speed, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Her quick and efficient customer service is truly like none other. Taylor is a true asset to your organization, and I’m grateful for her help! Highly recommend!

This bank, by FAR, is the absolute best. The girls in here are beyond helpful and truly go out of their way (almost daily) to make my banking experience The best that it can be. Whether I walk in, drive-through or call I am always greeted by my first name And that just makes me happy. I appreciate the effort they put in to knowing my needs and accommodating my husband, and I as we build our Our first home. Thank you for making the banking side of it flawless! Good Business banking can be hard to find nowadays because it can be tedious and at times can be a lot, but Ameris bank and the staff at this branch go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and makes everything much easier. They make sure all my personal and business needs are met on a day to day basis no matter what. Could not thank them enough, amazing and friendly staff!

The Macclenny branch is absolutely wonderful. After my mother passed, every person that I worked with has been incredibly helpful and understanding as we closed her accounts. I decided to leave out joint one open and my husband will be moving his business account there because of how genuinely nice and helpful they have been.

I have never had the pleasure of being a member of a financial institution who has the most professional, polite, helpful, amazing employees as those at Ameris Bank, specifically at the Macclenny, Fl location. It’s so nice having an account at a bank that treats their customers like family, and that goes for every employee that i have encountered from the tellers to the Branch Manager. Marcy Warren, the assistant Branch Manager is so professional and helpful and makes you feel so secured and well taken care of no matter what kind of help is needed or issue you have at hand. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied and whatever help that i have ever needed, she has been so helpful and determined to resolve my family and i’s concerns and or when financial situations that everyone has encountered occurs and you need help; she has worked so hard to guarantee that we leave feeling relieved and protected by someone that truly cares. I was referred to Ameris Bank by a friend for a loan. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helped me with everything I needed. They answered all my questions and helped me understand the process more clearly. Jackie Robinson personally walked me through each step giving me the best experience I could have. I would recommend Ameris Bank 10/10 for all your banking needs.

Our church collected over $200 of loose change during our VBS. The change counting machine in the branch wasn't working great, so Taylor helped me count it all by hand. Great customer service! Thank you!

The Macclenny branch is the best example I am aware of. They make you feel like they are really there For you. Friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely the most caring financial institution I have ever walked into!

Just started banking with them and I will say overall it has been a great experience. When I first entered kind of felt like they were standoffish then I met with Taylor and it was like I had known her forever and she helped me get set up with all my needs and she double checked everything I had questions about before giving me an answer. The bank manager was even a great help Mrs. Jackie was able to answer some questions for me which helped me understand what I wanted to do as far as my account. After a few days I even received a card being thanked for joining their community and an offer to reach out for help anytime. I would definitely say go to this bank they are very friendly and they almost feel like family. They offer lots of services whether business, personal, or medical that benefits you and doesn’t charge you with large fees or surprise fees. I recommend this place!

I just want to give an awesome shout out to Taylor Curry. She has been a godsend. We had to close out an account, which had the main direct deposit in it and open up a new one due to fraud charges. I have called her numerous of times sometimes two or three times a day and she has been so patient, so kind. She deserves a race. But she has been completely awesome and I will shout it to the rooftops.
