I've been here twice in two weeks. I haven't had not one mess-up in my order. I am grateful for the options they have. The only thing that's not a big deal is the Ice Coffee I keep ordering online. I hope to one day get to try the coffee here whenever the machine is fixed. I am not taking a star away just cause you don't have coffee for me. I am happy to say my Power bowls have always been great when I drive-thru with an online order. Also thank you for being so nice to me at the drive-thru window! Thank ya'll for taking care of me with my Keto/Low carb lifestyle. Below is both my meals for the two times I've been here today and last week. Yum-yum!

That new cantina taco/burrito box is FIRE. All the people who work here are nice. We stop here a lot and have never been disappointed. Great job guys and gals! Thank you for always giving us quality food and great service!!!

I happen to be in Macclenny Fl today to check on flooding after the weekend of rain 12/17/2023. And I happen to see this rainbow. God telling us all that the storm was passing and all would be OK once more. Amen

It's been a month since I last ordered here. Once again, I pulled up this morning around 10:40 AM with a mobile order for Sina. 😊 Great service, great food, and fast! Thank you all again for the lovely lunch today! I appreciate it❣

The only taco bell I know that still has a reasonably priced cravings box, I come here every time around

First time at this location, came here after leaving a different restaurant chain and not being served. Driving in, the parking lot is worn, dated and has potholes. Walked into the restaurant, and the floors were slightly dirty as if they just finished a lunch rush. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Unlike my local Taco Bell this one had very fresh crunchy food. The wife ordered Mexican pizza and it was one of the freshest items she has ordered in a long time. I ordered the crispy melt taco box. Across all the food the meat was very fresh and hot, lettuce was crispy, cheese and sour cream were cold. Everything was as it should be. Will definitely return to this location the next time we are in this area. Kudos to the staff this afternoon, keep up the good work.

Came in after midnight cause our car broke down in the area and the staff seemed overwhelmed and they were out of most of what we wanted. However, they were super accommodating and very nice. Made the best Taco Bell I've ever had. Could have been a disaster but they turned it into a great night and we're very friendly and fast. Honestly can't think of a better experience I've had especially after a bad night 👍🌃

Definitely had to get the chicken quesadilla my fav!!! The cheesey potatoes too!! Yummy 😋

Drive thru service was slow, but I've seen way slower in Live Oak, Fl. Food was great, hot and fresh. Tasted the way a Taco Bell should and food looked like the food in a commercial.

My family loves this taco bell, we have eaten here a dozen times at this location. The food is always hot and fresh, made properly, we get enough sauce and napkins, service is good and quick. It's easy to brown the tortilla shell on the quesadillas to much just to where they taste burnt, we have had this happen a lot but never at this location. I've also had other locations not put enough meat or cheese on our food, this has never been the case here. We never have to check our food before we pull off. Just want to say thank you!

Since the management has changed, my experiences have been so much better. Shawn is the new GM and he went out of his way to make my experience a good one. Afterwards, I thanked him and told him of my past experiences. You can tell that he's on top of things. Thank you Shawn for making my dining experience a good one.

Fast service and clean joint. Also new ordering marquis to speed things up when ordering inside. They're not stingy with ingrediants either like some fast food joints that make skimpy burritos or tacos either...

The service was awesome, I was waited on by a new girl and she was very polite her trainer had no issue helping her in a timely manner and we got correct change. The staff was on top of their game they were staffed in an orderly fashion even checking how we liked the food. The food was amazing and with the new model of taco bell theyre living up to expectation and higher. Very clean store and as I was leaving they were making sire their windows stayed clean and I love to see that. I will definitely come to macclenny taco bell again.

It was really good and they filled up the tacos I ordered till they were almost full. Much better than I've had before at other locations, where there was barely anything in them at all.

Just ordered 2 Bean and Cheese burritos. It was one of the best ones I have eaten lately at TB. Travel all over the country, so this review should say a lot. I hope it's always like this at this store and not because their district manager was there. Good job!!

This Taco bell is always a hit! The food is fresh, the employees are always so sweet and they always get my order right! 10/10!!
