Hotel McCall

The location, staff, cleanliness, and comfort at Hotel McCall is the very best!! I arrived very early to McCall and needed to work, which I was able to do from the Rupert Restaurant on site. The restaurant was closed for eating (as they are for dinner only), but open for sitting and enjoying a front row seat of the harbor. It was quiet and everything I needed for the time. Front Desk staff was able to get my into my room early (so very grateful, thank you!!!). My room was extremely spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the harbor. Located at the corner turn in downtown McCall, so convenient for parking and walking to everywhere I needed to be. The Brunchette on the Lake restaurant kitty corner to Hotel McCall is AMAZING for breakfast and for amazing morning views! Hometown Pizza & Pub is outstanding for an easy, family evening on the patio!! Really spectacular pizza!
The location is very quiet at night and I rest well! Check-out in the morning was easy and pleasant with the amazing staff.
I will DEFINITELY be back and look forward to it!

This is a great hotel in a great location, I like the vintage style has not changed much over the years but still has all the perks of view, fireplace, streaming channels and coffee and continental breakfast downstairs. If you have a lot of heavy luggage you may want to pack lighter as only stairs but regardless of this one of my favorite places to stay in McCall, location is near lake and within walking distance to everything.

My wife and I return to this hotel nearly every year since our wedding night five years ago. We especially love the condos that face Payette Lake. They are first class with a beautiful view and location in the heart of McCall. We also enjoy dinner at Rupert’s down stairs from our room.

A lovely treasure in McCall! The staff is so organized and on point. The room was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location.

They have updated rooms lately, well done. Hospitality is incredible, everyone is nice, greeting, and helpful. Stayed at other places in town, this is best place for the buck.

Right in the middle of the action during the winter festival. Perfect location.
The rooms were great. The grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Nothing better than a historical hotel in a central town location that has been well maintained and kept up-to-date. Lots of public space, appropriate decoration, and services. Room is comfortable and well decorated as well. Breakfast offerings are a bit on the Spartan side but adequate to get the day started.

My recent stay at Hotel McCall was nothing short of exceptional, and it was all thanks to the incredible service provided by the front desk person, Julia. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel until my departure, Julia's dedication and quirky kindness made my experience truly memorable.

Upon check-in, Julia greeted me with the most genuine smile, making me feel instantly welcome. Her professionalism and efficiency ensured a swift check-in process, which was a great relief after a long journey. Not only did she handle the formalities with ease, but she also took the time to inquire about my preferences, making sure that my stay would be tailored to my needs. She offered local insight about places to eat and explore, which was incredibly helpful in making my trip the best it could have been.

One evening, I experienced a minor issue with my television, and I must say that Julia's response was truly remarkable. Despite it being late at night, she promptly attended to the situation, going above and beyond to resolve the problem swiftly. Her willingness to take the extra step for a guest exemplifies her dedication to ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay for everyone.

I am often in McCall for both business and pleasure. Because of this experience, I will choose Hotel McCall everytime.

Can't say enough about Hotel McCall. Location is perfect. Room was great. Staff was great. May before Memorial Day is an excellent time to visit. The town hasn't quite woken up for summer but the weather was perfect and the rooms are cheap.

We've been staying here since 1990! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and classic, and the location is wonderful - walking distance to all of downtown!

We rolled into town late at night with not much open, after a long day of driving. Julia at the front desk was exactly what we needed! She got us a room and a delicious snack because we missed dinner. Its was a great end to a long day.

Martini Monday's are a must... but... Ruperts needs to buy more martini glasses! We came back for dinner and had a fabulous meal and amazing service! Love this place!

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself has an old world charm, like almost a nautical feel. The room was nice and quiet, amenities were updated. Very comfortable stay and a nice view.

We were in unit 212 on June 2. We were very pleased with the room. Wonderful view of the lake and Marina.
The shower was wonderful and great with 2 heads, the toiletries were very high end.It was such a great suite and we loved the view from the sun deck while sipping coffee watching all the happenings. The front desk ladies were very helpful as we were so unhappy from the service we received from another hotel, that will not get mention, but I left a review on their site. The ladies on the night and day shift are really professional and very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back. Also the restaurant has great selection of many tasty creations. If you are looking for a great location and a historical hotel with all modern accommodation, this is a winner!!

Beautiful Hotel ! So close to everything and the hotel employees were super nice and very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Small cute town on a lake. This hotel was a surprise. Old, museum like, but room was such a nice surprise with kitchenette, washer dryer, large bathroom/bedroom and a balcony with bit of a lake view. Another surprise was added "fees" after checking out.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at, which I do a lot for work. It has an authentic mom and pop kinda feel but with updates. Also, Rupert’s Restaurant is honestly one of the best restaurants in Idaho and I eat at a lot of them!
