Holiday Inn Express & Suites McCall, an IHG Hotel

Great experience! When we checked in, the sweet girl at the front desk upgraded our room for us. It was a beautiful king suite with a jacuzzi tub. The bed was so comfortable & everything was clean & perfect. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the wonderful staff.

One of my top 3 nicest holiday inn hotel experience so far. My family and I liked the decor, very clean, and the gym was small but nice for a quick workout.The pool and jacuzzi where big for a hotel which was my kids favorite part. The only thing that I wish they could of had was more variety with breakfast, there wasn’t enough fresh fruits, other then that it was a great experience.

Rooms are very clean comfortable beds nice pillows. Staff is very friendly It was a good breakfast. Will stay there again. We haven't for a long time. This motel worth the extra money.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. It was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, the staff was amazing and helpful, the free breakfast was so well put together with many items to choose from. Everything about this place was great. The only thing that might need to be addressed is the bathroom lighting. It was really dim and had an event to go to, so I kind of needed to see be able what I was doing. :)

Great stay. Service was friendly, everything was clean, great breakfast selection. I had the biscuits and gravy. I was amazed the biscuits were baked and almost appeared homemade and the gravy delicious! Hot tub is huge and pool area is nice. I will stay hear again. Stayed April 30th and it seemed I had the whe place to myself.

This hotel is in the process of having some work done outside, but the inside was so well done. It's cozy and comfortable in a cabin style. The shared spaces are clean and well managed. Our room was clean and quiet. There are meeting rooms, business services, a breakfast area, a fitness center, and pool. We were very happy with our stay.

Hotel was beautiful! Super clean! We asked for a roll away, and they upgraded our room to a suite to include a fold out couch for the same rate! Breakfast was good as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay and your friendly and accommodating front desk!!! Beds were comfy, and room was spacious too.

We reserved an embassy suite from 06.14.20 to 06.16.20. Our room included two double beds, a sitting area with a desk and chair, a big bathroom and amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, and they even provided a portable baby crib.

👍 Our suite was clean and spacious. 👍 The staff was accommodating and friendly. 👍 The pool and hot tub were clean and so much fun. 👍 The on site gym is such a bonus, 👍 Also on site laundry room.

Amazing stay, we will return.

I’m always hesitant with trusting reviews, but this hotel was great.

- The room was spacious, clean and updated.
- King Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.
- continental breakfast was surprisingly not bad (pancake maker was golden)

David at the front desk was great when I called ahead. He was very informative and professional in addition to placing me in a quiet back corner.

I would stay again.

Check in was fast. Was given a complimentary upgrade. There are rewards for being a platinum IHG member. Asked for a wake up call (I always sleep through my alarms) so sweet that it was an actual person from the front desk, not automated. Breakfast was great. Everything clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a conditioner bottle not work. They took care of it and more in my room before I got back to the hotel. Thanks! Great stay. Recommended!!!!

Had a great time at the Holiday Inn Express, McCall, ID! The staff were so friendly. There was a large selection of breakfast choices and the hot tub was a perfect end to a cold day playing in the snow. Room were clean and elk stocked

Nice hotel with just about everything we needed for our week stay of snowmobiling. Big hot tub, small but adequate exercise room, good variety for included breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Had some issues with key cards not working but the staff did the best they could to help. And one of the littlest things but so great, the nightlight in the bathroom outlet. Didn't have to be blinded when going in the middle of the night.

This is a very nice hotel! Probably the nicest in McCall. Beds are big and comfortable. Good TV channels and WiFi. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave and a keurig coffee maker. Room service is great. I would say the best part of the stay is thier breakfast!

They have it all and it's tasty. Muffins, toast, rolls, pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cerial, milk, fruit and more.

Room rates are decent for being in McCall but it could be better if they were a little cheaper. They have a small gym, laundry room and a pool. I'll be staying here again

We spent the weekend before Christmas here. Room 210 was large and had a Jacuzzi tub in the room. Hotel was very quiet and not very busy. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of different items. Inside swimming pool, pool was a little too cold for us but there was a large hot tub. Everything was clean and neat.

I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel again. The room was huge with nice upgrades in the bathroom and kitchenette. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in recommending where to eat, things to do, and how to get the different hot springs around McCall. The pool and hot tub (which is huge by the way - biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen) was open early in the morning to late at night and was clean and looked like it was newly remodeled. The breakfast was okay - but I do recommend eating earlier rather than later as the food started to get a little less desirable later in the morning.

We requested a crib and it was all set up in the room and it was made up with sheets and a baby blanket! Other hotels use pack and plays and so that's what I was expecting. It was a nice surprise. We also used the pool and ate the really great breakfast the next morning. We also enjoyed that the hotel is across the street from a decent restaurant. After driving all day in the car it was nice to have meal options in walking distance.

Comfy beds, lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Breakfast has lots of options but the quality is low. Overall a wonderful place for a family weekend. It has been really quiet even though hotel seems really full.

Stayed here on a weekend away with my fiancee for our 4 year anniversary. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Asked the staff if they could put flowers in the room. They went above and beyond and left chocolates and beautiful flowers! Totally made the trip. Good breakfast as well, lots of options.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I have almost no complaints on these guys. We got the whirlpool suite, and it made for one hell of an engagement night ;-). The room was enormous, and very well trimmed. Room service was good, and we were never bothered by hotel staff. Linens, towels, and blankets were spotless and smelled fresh.

The whirlpool tub was fantastic and a lot of fun, but the air compressor was very loud, so we turned it off. There's no great view from outside the windows, but for the price, that's not such a horrible thing (I checked out some lakeside hotels, and their rates were much higher).

The whole building is very beautiful throughout, including the indoor pool and hot tub.

The only qualm I had was the continental breakfast. It was very standard for a hotel (again, expected), but it was also very busy, and while the service staff kept everything stocked very well, they never took the trash out (which is really something, seeing as both bins were well past overflowing). People had started to place their dirty trays and foodstuffs on the tables next to the garbage, and it not only looked REALLY bad, but also made an unpleasant mess for guests. Also, and this is personal opinion, the pool was a little on the colder side (we stayed mostly in the hot tub, which was perfect, and nearly half the size of the pool).

Would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend staying here. The woman that helped us at the front desk was super friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great, lots of variety. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing.
