Ice Cream Alley

This is a popular but somewhat hidden little ice cream shack in McCall. They say they have mountain sized scoops. It's no joke. These are super generous portions! It's all outdoors, but there is seating and shade; a nice cool reprieve from the warm summer.

Don’t let the line scare you away. It goes by quick. It’s the best ice cream around. A McCall staple.

Amazing! A small scoop was almost WAYYYY to much for me to even finish. Heck, a small could even feed two!
This is a really cool space too, but kinda hard to find if you don't keep an eye out. The wait time can be a little long cuz this is a popular place, so be prepared to stand in line for a while. Totally worth is for the portions tho. Literally mountain sized scoops 😂

The portions are ginormous. I ordered a kids small and it was still a ton. Their single scoop is a single scoop for a giant.

So many flavors to choose from. They have milkshakes, sundaes, banana splits, anything you could want in terms of ice cream.

The line might be long but when you order the young girls at the counter move quick and will get your order out fast.

When you are feeling like you want ice cream, go to Ice Cream Alley. They have a huge variety of flavors and toppings 😋, and the scoops are 'mountain sized' no kidding. The place was actually in an alley, and it was The Beatles themed, and I like the beatles 😀. The workers got everything on our orders how we ordered them, and the ice cream was scooped very fast. This place is severely underrated. 5 Stars 🌟 for everything!

Awesome place. The ice cream is fresh and delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. Today we shared a banana split with huckleberry, coconut and butter peacon with pineapple, hot fudge and carmal toppings. It was spectacular. When in McCall, Ice Cream Alley is a must do.

Talk about a lot of ice cream. Three heaping scoops for less than 2 regular scoops what a deal. We got the death by chocolate, the huckleberry and the cinnamon twist. The chocolate was delicious and had little bits to chew on threw out. The huckleberry was good but was not as creamy, and the twist was a little fake but all the ice cream was tasty.
This place is literally down an alley way so it does seem a little of the right path but trust the signs.

A very popular destination! They give amazing huge portions. A kids cone is plenty for an adult honestly. You still end up with multiple scoops and can even do two flavors.

Super delicious ice cream and generous servings. They are not joking about their mountain size scoops. This here is a two-scoop "Death by Chocolate" serving.

It's just the best ice cream location in McCall and because it's high quality ice cream, it did not make me sick.

Place was slammed but luckily we got in line before the line got too long. I got a huckleberry cheesecake shake and it was delicious. If a shake isn't for you, I recommend trying any of their many flavors in a cup or cone. They're very giving with their portions.

Amazing taste, but man, the portions are HUGE! Carb and fat overload, calories galore, skip lunch if you're gonna ice-cream here.

This is a must if you visit McCall in the summer time! We always go and are never disappointed with the mountain sized scoops!

Bustling ice cream shop with giant sized scoops and a variety of flavors. Only accepts cash or check but there is an ATM on the premises if needed.

Ice-cream alley is true to its name. It's in a alley right by the lake. When we got here the line was extremely long which is normal for this time of year. The employees were so kind and worked so fast that we did not have to wait long. The ice cream is one of kind and they are true to their saying that they serve mountain size scoops. We got two scoops of ice-cream and they were 2 pint size for only $10 this is truly a hidden gem.

Is it a bad review if I say they give away too much ice cream? We hit this place up sometimes twice a day on vacation. It's an institution.

Definitely live up to their name and slogan! Cute ice cream shop tucked away in the alley. Huge scoops of homemade ice cream for great prices. I had their almond amaretto and my partner had their double chocolate brownie - both were delicious. The line was very long but the wait was worth it!

The servings are HUGE! I recommend the kid scoop or a single scoop as shown in my picture , they will let you choose 2 different flavors to make the “1 scoop”
If you’re just visiting Idaho, Huckleberry is a must!

You might not imagine the feeling of having this ice cream ! The texture is amazing , the taste is awesome . You won’t feel the taste of a lot of sugar just the right amount of sugar so you taste the real flavor of the ice cream ! We had two mountain size ( like they call it there) ice cream scoops each one of us ; huckleberry, pistachio and mint chocolate chip! The taste is indescribable!!! I advise you when you visit McCall to go straight to this lovely ice cream parlor! Very fair price . Very friendly staff! It’s highly recommended!!!
