Shawn J. Briley, LCSW

Briley was assigned to my divorce case as the mediator by the valley county judge. This woman is completely against fathers and Will advocate for the mother. It has taken 7 months but finally I compiled enough evidence to expose this mediator for what she is; a biased man hater out to screw fathers. Look up Shawn Briley Idaho Supreme Court case from 2015. She won on a technicality and hid behind judicial immunity that mediators have. However, the court ruling didn’t say she wasn’t innocent of the allegations against her, just that with immunity the pro se father had zero recourse. She intentionally and maliciously fabricated lies about me and claimed I would never see my children if I didn’t agree to the opposing parties terms. Briley manufactures false allegations and uses those allegations in false reports to defame fathers. Fortunately for me I now have a good attorney and email evidence to discredit Briley’s malicious lies. If you’re a father in a divorce case, stay away from her. Do not agree to her being your mediator.
