Hit a rock and bent right steel A-bar on snowmobile. Made the sled almost unrideable & resigned to packing up cause the fun was over. Heard about MHPS from one of the riders in our group & called their service department. As we talked with Dave and Trent we figured it would be a 20min fix. Turned into a 2 hour job in the freezing cold. MHPS not only let us do the work right there in their parking lot but helped out with solid advice, a couple basic tools, a hand here & there (special shout out to Dave) and actually had the exact part(s) for a nearly 10 year old sled in stock! Thanks to them we finished out our annual McCall snowmobile trip with our group. Highly recommend A+

This shop is absolutely amazing! Was on a 10 day adventure bike trip on KTM’s, had a clutch failure on one bike, these guys helped us tremendously, they went above and beyond any expectations, I just wish they were closer to home! Had a clutch shipped to them from a KTM dealer the same day, they had all the contacts to get this done and got it done, they let us to wash the bike and borrow some tools we didn’t have, we got the job done in their parking lot and kept on our way with no lost time on our route. Trent needs to be awarded for his service and compassion in the sport. Coolest dude I’ve met at any powersports shop - ever. Guys like this bring business and keep return business. If I wasn’t on the other side of the country and north of the border I’d buy everything off them, thanks Trent!

I have bought 3 Atvs from them over the years. Just picked up my new ride this last weekend. They are awesome to work with when buying or servicing your machines. I drive up from boise because they make the buying so much easier than the high pressure places in the valley. Devin and Paige were wonderful to work with. I will gladly refer people to them.

I do recommend Mile High Power Sports if you are looking for power toys. Brian and Sam are very knowledgeable, they answered every question I had about ATV's and they made me understand what to look for in terms of engine, accessories comfort before I decided what ATV to buy. The transaction went very smooth, the whole team is amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I want to brag on the service technician Christy! She has helped me in diagnosing issues accurately on two different machines of mine as I am way in the back country. Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable and her customer service is tier one. Mile High do not lose this amazing woman!

These guys were great, went in to see if I needed a out if state sticker and ask where to ride. Even though I didn't need it I bought it, they spent a good half hour showing me the best rides I should take. Tried to give me stickers and a hat, never had to argue with a sales person to pay for items. I will buy my next rig from them, even though I live 2 states away, they have my business for good!

Excellent sales help and knowledge of the Yamaha 4x4 I purchased. I drove 2+ hours just to do business with Mile High Power Sports and will do it again. Much better service than in the Boise area. Provided a great price the first time, no extra or surprise costs prior to payment. Just a straight-up great deal! It is well worth the drive! Thanks to all!

We stopped here in the middle of a long tour to pickup some chain lube. The spray nozzle on the can of lube we had with us was broken. I mentioned this to the service staff as I was paying for a new can, they went out of their way to fix it and offered a refund on the can I had just purchased.

Great customer service and people. We had some problems with our new snowmobiles and dropped in to have them checked out. The mechanic (Russ?) was extremely knowledgeable and checked things out and gave us some tips on operating them the dealer we purchased them from never told us. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes which still left us with plenty of time to play that day. They have a great selection of winter gear and we stopped by in the late afternoon to pick up some more gear. They were pleased our day of riding went well and helped us with the extra gear we needed. I would recommend this store to all winter sports enthusiasts!

I have to say this is my first trip to McCall first year riding sleds and it's amazing down here. Second day of our trip my coil went out so I ran into mile high. Devon tried helping me but did not have a new coil in stock. He called everyone else in town but still no luck. Thanks for the help. Nice folks nice shop. Will be back next year for sure and they will see me again! Till next year cheers!

Nice shop and very friendly and helpful service. Threw a tricky service issue at them last minute on a Saturday morning and they got me right in and fixed up quick. Parts on hand. Last year they had a set of bars in stock when nobody else did, this year they were able to squeeze me in for a service appointment mid week, and they provided me with a male end for injector wiring harness they salvaged off a throw away harness. Top notch customer service. They are slammed with people needing help right away and they are good about sliding people in when they can.

I have always been impressed with their selection of riding gear an aftermarket parts. They did a great job installing the turbo on my Polaris RMK. I never opened the hood to fix a thunk all winter which is pretty good for 1500 miles. Brian and Kurt are great. They give me very reasonable deals but their support is why I buy there.
