We love our hot tub from Leisure Pool and Spa! Dave and his team have gone above and beyond to educate us on how to properly maintain and keep the pool sanitary with our large family that uses it daily. They patiently answered all of our questions and helped set us up for success with all of the chemicals we need. Owning it is easy, wish we didn’t wait so long to buy it.

We are “return” customers of Bullfrog spas. Installed one in Boise several years ago. Our hot tub in mccall recently failed so we replaced w another Bullfrog. Top of the line product. Most important, using mineral stick for sanitation means no harsh chemicals to irritate my fragile lungs. Service folks at mccall leisure spa were great too. Stayed in touch w us, kept appts as expected. Not inexpensive, but real value. 😎

Recently had a problem with my spa and asked Leisure Company to send out a tech to see if the problem could be resolved. The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and personable. The spa had been drained to repair a pump and had remained dry about nine days. When it was refilled, the seals around many of the jets were leaking. The spa has 110 jets. The tech tightened the worst ones and suggested that once the seals rehydrated they could possibly seal themselves. In the event that didn't work, he suggested a plan to reseal the ones that continued to leak. Execution of that plan would have to take place in summer but in the meantime, we would try to see if we could keep the spa running through winter. Thankfully, after about a week it appears that most of the remaining leaking seals have rehydrated since the level of water loss is now minimal. Leisure was very prompt in sending out a tech and he did a wonderful job.

Kevin was very friendly and helpful. We are new to McCall and he gave us some great referrals and helped with ideas on where best to install our bullfrog hot tub.

We called the end of October to winterize our hot tub. After several weeks & phone calls, we were told our service would be done on Wednesday. Wednesday went by, no service or phone calls to inform us that they weren't coming. Terrible customer service. We will never call this company again.

Had this company out to install a hot tub. Long story short I was told I needed to schedule an electrician, which I did. Since the electrician could not be there at the time of install they changed the schedule and delivery date. They also scheduled a different electrician. Which didn’t even show up while they were on site installing the hot tub anyway. Cost me 400 dollars more through the electrician because they changed the schedule. Owner of company said they have no responsibility for this even though they changed the schedule. Would not recommend this company, poor customer service and no ownership of wrong doing.

They say they will call you back and do not, and they do not keep scheduled appointments. Very disappointing.
