It’s clean enough, everyone is Nice, the food is good and the price is so low there’s never a hurry to leave.

I Love the Place!!

I gave the rooms five stars because they’re clean and the towels are not deceased.

We enjoyed the Buffet, kinda played a little in the Casino won $72, kids played in the arcade and won 1300 tickets between three kids. Now the rooms, our tables were filthy with smeared I’m guessing frosting/syrup/jam 🤔. Towels were thin, beds comfy BUT pillows sucked..super flat. At $27 a night you can’t really expect luxury but maybe a little updating is in order. All the employees were nice and friendly.

For the price they charge everything is excellent there. They even have a pretty good breakfast buffet. Late again at the buffet this time room was nice and clean We had a non-smoking room and everything was good.

Always love coming to the Virgin when we come that way for family and or to Vegas. We got a paid 74$ I believe for one night when last time it was 35$ flat so it doubled! The room we got wasn't cleaned very well. The sheets had some weird black stuff on it and had burn marks on the carpet. We took video just in case so we didn't get blamed. There was a waitress that evening that insulted my husband and I. We had just got our players cards and sat down to play and order drinks. She can clearly see cash in our hands ready to play and says I'll take an order as long as you're playing when I get back! As if we're just trying to get free drinks or something. This was the very start of our night. We know the rules. We understand you need to be playing and we always tip well too. Even the lady next to me said she agreed that how she had said it was very insulting in her opinion too. So needless to say we didn't tip well. Then noticed our drinks were mixed up as well so we moved to a different area because of that service. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. The food is always decent as well. But with the treatment we got and the rooms being overly priced for what they are we may just pay the same amount for casa Blanca instead and have more updated rooms!

This place perfectly serves its intended purpose as an affordable and welcoming stop for Coloradans, Utahns, and Idahoans traveling to or from California. It's exceptionally budget-friendly, the beds are comfortable, and it offers great AC or heating along with hot water. The attentive staff enhances the positive experience. This hotel consistently delivers a high standard of hospitality, making it a top choice for future visits.

Fantastic. I paid $28 for a spot right off the highway, walkable to convenience store, gas, and McDonalds for breakfast. Great stop for my road trip.

The room was clean and comfortable.

This place serves it exact purpose. A cheap stop on the way to or the way home from a California trip for Coloradons, Utahans, and Idahoans. Super cheap, beds OK, great AC or heat and hot water. Towels are like a washcloth; bring your own! Will stay each time we're passing though Mesquite.

The check-in management got all of our rooms together, then 1 person in the party got on the elevator and it opened up to the outside 3rd floor... being terrified of heights, she refused to get off the elevator... back to the front desk we went and he graciously found a 1st floor room....
If I am/were to go again, I would bring my own pillows... the pillows are extremely thin. Very basic rooms, but with a price to match.

Wa t the Casino excitement without the crowd?? Virgin River Hotel is an annual stop for us when traveling west. Located about 80 miles east of Las Vegas. Love it here! Well appointed rooms for less than $30.00 per night! Wow!!

Server was kind and I feel she was compassionate about making her customers happy. I'm am a very picky person about my food. I was a little annoyed at first because I wanted my food a certain way and willing to pay for my special order. When I couldn't get her to understand, I got pissy.
She walked away and I complained to my husband. She quickly came back and said she would ask the manager if she could have my order as I wanted it. She did an amazing job! I couldn't have been a more satisfied customer. I apologized for being prissy and left her a tip based on her service. It was fantabulous! So was my food!

I will 100% be back to stay at Virgin River Hotel and Casino! I was honestly a bit leery about staying here. We just needed to get away from life for a quick minute and scheduled an impromptu getaway for the night. We stayed on a weekend and it was $68/night. There was no resort fee. The incidental hold was $20. I was expecting like a motel 6 type of experience and I was completely shocked at how nice our room was for the price. The rooms are simple, but very clean. The AC was fantastic! Wifi was included and we were able to stream video without any lag. The beds were super comfortable, no back pain at all. I was most impressed with how immaculate the bathroom was. It was sparkling clean. Kudos to your housekeeping staff! We did not partake in the pool, but it was a large outdoor pool with a hot tub and looked great! There is not a fridge or microwave, but the savings on hotel made up for it 100%. During the week the rates drop to $27/night - we will definitely come back during the week some time, what a deal!

I did read some of the negative reviews on here and to be honest we did not have any of those issues staying here at all. The front desk staff were so kind that I feel confident that if there was a problem with our room they would have moved us without any issue.

We also had a great time at the casino. We played penny slots with $400 for over 5 hours and left with all of our money! It was such an enjoyable night. It really got our minds off of work and the everyday stress. The casino has a few restaurants, $.75 hot dogs, complementary drinks while playing, Starbucks, a bowling alley, and a great arcade!

I highly recommend going there and trying it out. I think you will be just as pleasantly surprised as I was.

Thank you Virgin River Hotel and Casino for a great experience! We will definitely be back!

Came here with family. For how many people we came with, the room was good. Two beds which were pretty nice, a decent bathroom and an old tv. The food at the cafe or diner or whatever in the casino was amazing. I’d stay here for a trip. Definitely memorable.

This hotel/casino is my favorite one so far. I have stayed at dozens across the country and this one is definitely the best. Has great rates, great staff and the location is convenient and beautiful. There's nothing to lack or dislike. I absolutely love staying here. I will keep staying here every chance I get.

The rooms have recently been renovated. They have some of the best food in the world , at both the restaurant and the buffet. The casino is great. I stay there a couple times a year every year. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Employees are so professional.

Virgin River serves its purpose for us. When we get antsy, and decide we don't want to make the entire drive to Vegas during the day, we end up at Virgin River. Cheap rooms, a decent hot tub, $10 prime rib/1lb ham steak.

Very reasonably priced rooms and nothing but fabulous service from the casino and hotel staff. Very accommodating when I asked to extended my stay for a day. Not to mention very reasonably priced food. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to return to years ago I won $10850 playing bingo. So yes, when in Nevada I always visit.

Friendly staff. In this time of covid they actually make up the rooms. 23 August went to play golf at 6am arriving back 10;30.placed the please make room placards the door when I left. No response. Sat outby the pool and watched two maids push their carts right past my door. Called housekeeping and Lucia said she would send someone. It's 2;30 and I'm still waiting
I attribute this to poor training or the housekeeping staff just doesn't care. What kills me is I've been leaving a small tip in my room for the maids since my arrival every day
You would think word would get around to take care of this room
Obviously not. I also attribute this to poor management. The inmates are running the asylum.
