It's funny how when other people break the rules they lash out at the folks enforcing them. I have to disagree with Mr. Cutler and The Savage's above.
We did manage Mr. Cutler's property and he chose to sell it without notice and with a lease still in place, so we were forced to re-locate the tenant. We were then told not to get it cleaned and were subsequently presented with a $400 cleaning bill when I had already been in there, taken pictures, and determined that it would have been about a 3 hour clean as the property is a tiny, 1 bedroom park model modular sitting on blocks. We do not take advantage of tenants and are not willing to gouge them when given egregious, vastly overpriced bills for services.
The Savage's chose to invite their entire family (20+ people), and a dog into the house when they were specifically told that was not allowed. After we initially saw it, we gave them a couple of hours to remedy the situation on their own but when returning to look, they were all still there. Again, that is a rule within the city of McCall, and we're not willing to lose our license to rent a property due to a family's ignorance and lack of honesty. Don't want us to show up and kick the extra people out? Then don't violate the rules that you are given in writing.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. First they scheduled a cable company service to come during our stay which threw off our plans due to needing to stay back with our belongings . Next we were harassed and charged $300 for supposedly having a pet in the house which we did not. The $300 charge was for carpet cleaning and the whole house is wood floors. They threatened to kick us out along with my 85 year old grandmother who is medically unstable . Do not ever use this company.

Was very unprofessional at being a management company. Consulted with an attorney and they did a lot of things wrong. Would go elsewhere for a management of your property.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend having my property listed with them ever. I would have been better served if I did it myself.
