Called at 1315 and they got my furbaby in by 1500. Series of test and shots she is already feeling better. Great staff.. Wish I lived in the area I would definitely be switching vets.

Incredibly rude! I called to see if I needed to bring in our dog and the gentleman didn't let me finish my sentence and asked if they had ever seen our dog into their facility, I said no and he said he couldn't assist me and hung up, before I had a chance to say anything else. How do you get new clients when you treat callers with such disrespect? This speaks volumes for the type of place this is.

Brought in a dog that was bleeding to death (stated by vet). Vet was upset that I did not take my time to call him to let him know that I was coming (I was already on the road). The ENTIRE time in the waiting room he kept telling me dog was going to die as he was working on him; Meanwhile, trying to calm down a family member. Ended up leaving my dog overnight as he requested. Went to pick him up next day, dog was doing well. Was handed papers about dog weight with his written comment on one saying we are killing our dog as he is overweight. I have never had such a terrible experience with a vet until this guy! It seemed like he went out of his way to make an already stressful emergency visit into a nightmare.

Rude. Interrupting me when I'm trying to ask a question. Wont give you pricing on anything. They said they dont have set pricing on shots, surgeries, or flee meds. Def the only vet in the country that does that. I'll be reporting them to the State Veterinary Board.
