The amazing people of this establishment helped me cure the worst case of poison ivy ive ever had in my life covering both my legs from groin to my toes and both of my hands and in 2 days with a homemade product they gave me called Jewelweed Salve i was cured. im so grateful to them and I will 100% be here for all my MBS needs from now on

Mind, Body & Spirit is exactly what it's name implies. When you walk in the energy and environment is so inviting. The people on staff are friendly and knowledgeable, answering everything from what's in the shop to giving personal recomendations. On my first visit I told them what I was looking for and within 6 weeks they had it on the shelf ready to go. Even the clients are friendly and inviting. It is a must when your in town for the weekend.

I bought a piece of selenite and labradorite from here and they were a lot less expensive than online shops, as well as being high quality. I highly recommend coming here as the staff seem super nice as well!
