Dale's Diner

We went on a Saturday morning, and this place was packed. We had to wait for about 5 minutes before we got a table, which isn't bad considering there was a line when we got there. It's a small little like family owned diner. Everyone was super friendly. The food was amazing. The French toast was the best. My husband had what they called the Gongoosler. Now that's a breakfast plate. It came with 3 eggs, 3 kinds of meat, potatoes, and bread. The prices are great, not too expensive. Definitely recommend that if you're in the area, you should try this place out. They are open from like 9am to 2pm

Coming in on a Saturday, we already knew the place would be busy, but the staff were great and was able to accommodate the 11 more people.
I have the Hillbilly Benny special, very good and filling - it was gone before I knew it! The skillet was excellent as well. In fact, none of the dishes has any complaint.
Wish this place was a little bigger and took Reservations. Other than that, I definitely recommend it!

There was parking on the street for this establishment. When we arrived which was around 11am on Sunday. I ordered the eggs, hashbrowns, white toast and bacon. Everything was so delicious! We had a bit of a wait. But we had heard good things and we were patient. We noticed a long line appeared while we waited for our food. The waitress moved fast and tried their best. I would advise anyone to try this!

Cozy little place in a beautiful town, the service was great. The food came out fast and tasted amazingly.
The price was surprisingly cheap for the great food i received too.
The only thing I can say is the pancakes are a little grainy. but other than that, this is a must visit for a great breakfast.
Didn't have cream cheese or bagels, too.

Family of 3 popped in for breakfast around 10am. There was a wait so we ate at the counter with no issues. Good coffee, fast service, and great food!

Even my son who is a very picky eater loved their food. He ate their children’s pancakes and bacon. He also said that it was 10x better than Bob Evans.

The wife and I love this local spot for brunch before doing our Saturday chores. Food is made with great ingredients and service is fast and accurate. Only negative is I wish there wasn't so many condiments on the table, especially for a 2 top, it feels a little claustrophobic. If you can look past that everything else is perfect and small town Waterville feel. Will continue to come back 👌

First time here. The place was packed, so we sat at the counter. Ladies were GREAT! Although they were busy, they still chatted with us as they worked.
Breakfast was yummy. Plan to go back!

Overall one of the best diners in the area in my opinion service that we received was attentive helpful and friendly from the waitress we had restaurant is very clean wonderful menu selection they serve high quality fresh food and at a affordable price can't say enough about how great this place is highly recommend this place to eat at! One of our favorite places to eat brunch at.

We live in MI and everytime we come to Waterville to visit friends we go to Dale's. I love their biscuits and gravy. But all their food is delicious.

This place is awesome. If you have to come to Waterville, use it as an excuse to go to Dale’s. Otherwise, make a special trip to Waterville to stop in. Food is great, service is friendly and efficient, and the value is off the charts.

The management accommodated us by a larger table in the back for our group on a busy Saturday morning. Food came out quickly and very tasty.

We were lucky. We got the last open table.
We were promptly seated and had a great cup of coffee within minutes!
Within 5 minutes our order was taken. About 10 minutes later we had our breakfast. Huge dinner plate sized pancake. Great flavor! Eggs,hashbrowns, sausage links cooked perfectly!

Dale's Diner is a great place to stop and eat. I enjoyed both times I ate here. The turkey bacon club was outstanding. And the western omelet was just delighted.
The whole staff is awesome and very hard workers. We'll deserved a lucrative tip. Thank you for a great experience.

Love Dales, not a bad thing to say. Always had great service and quickly get your order. Very good cook and it's always cooked to perfection!

We LOVE this place and drive 35 minutes to get here because it's so good.
My only recommendation is to add the stuffed French toast to the menu because it's the best!
