They have always been nice and have always been helpful. A claim was paid when my home was vandalized. Centrally located, computerized, honest business.

In my personal opinion, the nationwide sales Representatives David and Josh are unprofessional and unreliable. I stopped in and requested a quote for home owners insurance on 2/8/17 , since I had auto insurance thru them. I Told Josh I would like coverage asap. Josh said he need photo and he would come out. On 2/10/17 he still hasn't came out for the photos. I called and volunteered to email him the photos to speed things up, which I did. 2/17/17 still no quote from Josh so I called. I spoke to his father David, only to find out he was out because his wife had a baby on Monday. He said the baby wasn't due til Wednesday and he knew nothing about my quote, but he would check on it. David called back said he was waiting on the photos from josh. 2/23/17 no word from either of them, so I called again to find out nationwide wouldn't cover the house. 15 days was ridiculous regardless of the baby. He had ample time to make arrangements for his customers. I called state farm in 2 hrs I had a quote, and in under 24 hrs I had coverage on the truck and house. Nationwide was charging me $143.60 for 3 months for liability only. State farm charged me $98 for 3 months for full coverage. $100 comp $250 collision deductible. Ex nationwide customer.
