Wonderful staff amazing manager and team members. Simple easy shopping experience if you need anything just ask they will make sure to do their best to get what you need.

I attended a flu shot clinic done by discount drug mart that was hosted by my employer. I then at a later time needed a record of that so I called the discount drug mart in Mount Gilead. The girl I talked to informed me that they did not have record of my flu shot since it was not done in the store but that she would contact their corporate office to get a copy of it sent to her and that she would call me back to let me know when she had it so I could come pick it up. She did this and I was able to go get my record later that night. She was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me great customer service. I had never been in a discount drug mart before this and i also was incredibly impressed at how big it was and the large selection of items they had. You could literally do a full grocery shop here with all the fresh produce and everything. You all just gained a new customer. I wish I got that girl’s name but I didn’t... she was working in the pharmacy on 11-1-19. Thank you so much!

I think this pharmacy/store is best thing to happen to Mount Gilead in long time. Friendly helpful staff. Pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable and will drop everything to help find the best product for your needs. All the staff want to make your shopping experience easier. I have been to many discount drug marts and this is the best. They are always cleaning and organizing shelves. Cashiers are friendly and greet you with a smile!

They are Wonderful staff . They go far and beyond to help you get what you need . Been going there for years now . I enjoy the Friendly staff . The pharmacy is also Wonderful as well . They go over your meds with you and make sure you understand your medications you are taking and side effects . Please Award All of them a job well done .

Wonderful staff always go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. We have found totally unexpected items at this is store like a new door handle and fluorescent light bulbs! You will be amazed at their incredible selection

Great place

Located behind Auto Zone. Drug Mart has pretty decent prices, good sales. I go here for milk because the milk doesn’t spoil like it does at Kroger (if you do grocery pick up) and the price is always right. There is a decent sized grocery section. The pharmacy is too busy, same as all of them in town, I guess it is unavoidable. They process photographs take passport photos. There is a lottery machine in the entryway and they accept plastic bags to recycle inside the front doors.

I've had good service. Good help in the drug aisles. Often get photos printed here.
