Be careful. We used them for a long time. A few mistakes were made but the colossal mistake was when they used our banking information on another clients tax return. We received almost $5000.00 dollars including a $2400.00 stimulus check into our bank account. Now had this been normal life at the time we would have realized immediately that this was an error and called to remedy the situation. This was during the COVID-19 shutdown so we were waiting on money to help with our businesses that were closed down as well as our own stimulus check. We had no idea how much we would receive so when the money was deposited we had no reason to question the legitimacy of the deposits. There was little to no communication on the grant we would receive for our businesses so again, we believed this to be our money. It was several weeks later, long after the money was spent to put groceries in our refrigerator and pay business bills that we were told of their error. This was treated as a small “oops” on their end and when I voiced my anger at what they had done I was treated like a thief and told that the bank was going to get involved because this was fraud on our part! We later found out from the bank that that was a lie. They tried to blame us to minimize what they had done and even laughed as though I was lying and kept the money knowing it wasn’t ours. It was incredibly offensive and unprofessional. My husband and I work very hard and do not steal from others. We’ve earned everything we have on our own so their attitude was sickening to me. I sent a check returning the money the next day and haven’t heard another word about it. Needless to say they are no longer our accountants and WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I gave her my all my data she needed in march. She did not finish my taxes by tax day. Then she made a bunch of excuses. In the end after all the delays and not having taxes done on time, she typed up a long email that she did not want me as a client any more. Funniest part.. she though I still was filing for a company that I closed years before. There are much better options out there.
