Brandon Stains consistent refusal to serve for the public, is grounds for termination under ORC Section 5589.03. He has threatened to not pre approve any documents, due to issues with legal descriptions. These legal descriptions are never given proper corrections; therefore, we are unable to determine what needs to be changed. His comments on documents are abrupt and difficult to read. As of recently, he is refusing to say what corrections need to be made. This is making a lot of title company’s very unhappy, and unable to do their jobs. If I could 0 stars, I would.

Brandon is the worst! We have had nothing but problems with him for a very long time. As a title company, we rely on the county to approve and transfer deeds. Brandon will do everything he can to stop us from getting deeds transferred. I've called the recorder to complain, we've been given his supervisor's name and number, he needs to go. The next step for this tile company is calling the prosecutor. He is only hurting the local community with not transferring their properties upon sale. Something needs to be done! Does not deserve the 1 star google makes you give.

Brandon Stain is extremely difficult to deal with. He is rude, constantly rejecting filings without explanation of what needs corrected. He was very rude on the phone as well, threatening that he will not accept anymore pre approvals from our company.
